In the context of global cultural integration,enhancing cultural confidence is not only the historical pursuit of national rejuvenation,but also the inevitable choice to meet current challenges.At the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,it was clearly stated that we should promote cultural confidence and self-improvement,create new glory in socialist culture,and institutionalize education of ideals and beliefs.Cultural confidence implies the value judgment and choice of culture.As the successors of the socialist cause,junior middle school students are in a critical period of physical and mental development,so they urgently need cultural confidence education to guide them to correctly understand the socialist culture with Chinese characteristics and strengthen their cultural confidence.As the key course to cultivate morality and cultivate people,the ideological and political course in junior middle school shoulders the historical mission of "cultivating soul and educating people",cultivating students’ cultural confidence is the meaning of its title.Cultural confidence is confidence in the socialist culture with Chinese characteristics,that is,confidence in the fine traditional Chinese culture,revolutionary culture and advanced socialist culture.To cultivate students’ cultural self-confidence,we should guide students to form correct cultural cognition,enhance cultural identity and influence their behavior.Through literature study,textbook analysis,and investigation and interview of teachers and students,this paper explores the three contents of this research:the logic of ideological and political class cultivating junior middle school students’ cultural confidence;Ideological and political lessons to cultivate junior middle school students cultural confidence has achieved results and problems;Optimization strategies for cultivating cultural confidence among junior high school students in ideology and politics classes in the new era.The survey found that junior middle school students’ understanding of cultural confidence had improved and was also reflected in practical activities.In addition,due to the fragmented content of textbooks,insufficient presentation of curriculum resources,lack of practical activities,imperfect teaching evaluation system and the special period of students’ psychological development,some students’ cultural cognition is superficial,cultural identity is not strong,cultural practice is not good,learning motivation and interest are not enough.To solve the above problems,this study puts forward the following four measures.First,integrate cultural teaching resources on the basis of teaching content;The second is to optimize the links as traction,to create a good atmosphere to cultivate cultural confidence;Thirdly,teaching evaluation is the starting point to lead students to improve and practice their cultural confidence;Fourth,teaching subject as the fundamental,to promote teachers and students progress together. |
