| Chemistry textbook is a teaching book in chemistry course teaching.It plays a certain function in the teaching process.It is an important source for students to acquire knowledge.It integrates chemical knowledge with social life and production,so that students can understand the interaction between chemistry and society.It is also the task of teaching materials to stimulate students’ interest in learning.Textbook exercises are also an important part of chemistry textbooks.They can provide feedback and consolidate students’ learning,and can also be used to implement students’ chemistry literacy.Textbook exercises play a pivotal role in chemistry textbooks.On the one hand,they can help students to inspire students’ thinking,stimulate students’ curiosity,and cultivate students’ creativity in the process of doing problems,so as to consolidate knowledge,understand and master knowledge,on the other hand.It can also help teachers to understand the classroom teaching situation in time,adjust their teaching progress and improve their teaching methods.With the introduction of the new curriculum standard of "General High School Chemistry Curriculum Standard(2017 Edition)",different versions of new chemistry textbooks have also appeared.The new chemistry textbooks in different regions have their own characteristics and advantages.To promote the development of education in our country,it is necessary to analyze and understand the characteristics and advantages of different versions of textbooks,and to synthesize these characteristics and advantages,so as to better promote the development of students’ core chemistry literacy.The new teaching materials of the People’s Education Edition and the new teaching materials of the Jiangsu Education Edition are studied,and the after-school exercises of "elements and their compounds" are comparatively studied.This paper adopts the methods of literature research,comparative research and statistical analysis of data.,question types,the manifestation and difficulty of core chemistry literacy were compared and studied,the differences between the two editions of textbooks were compared,and exercises on "chlorine and its compounds" were designed and taught,and good teaching results were achieved.Better selection of after-school exercises to provide reference and suggestions for more efficient implementation of teaching.Through the comparative study of the exercises of the two editions of textbooks,it is found that:(1)From a macro perspective,regarding the comparison of the number of exercises,on the whole,the number of exercises in the Sujiao version is more than that of the People’s Teaching version,but due to the number of chapters in the Sujiao version The number of exercises in each chapter is more than that of the Pedagogical version,so from the point of view of the average number of exercises per chapter,the Pedagogical version is more than the Soviet version.The average number of exercises per chapter in the two editions of textbooks is not much different,which belongs to an appropriate range.Regarding the comparison of the types of exercises,Both editions of the new textbooks focus on the examination of knowledge-consolidation-type questions.As for the ability-improving exercises,the number of exercises in the textbooks of the People’s Education Edition is more than that of the textbooks of the Sujiao Edition.(2)From the perspective of core literacy,regarding the types of literacy,the PEP textbooks pay more attention to "macro identification and microscopic analysis(literacy 1)" and "scientific inquiry and innovation consciousness(literacy 2)",while the Jiangsu edition textbooks more Emphasis is placed on "macro identification and micro analysis(literacy 1)" and "evidence reasoning and model cognition(literacy 3)";with regard to the level of literacy,the examination results of the two editions of textbooks are the same,with emphasis on examination level 1 and level 2,and less examination Level 3 and Level 4 are not examined.(3)Through comparative research,it is found that the levels of the five difficulty factors of the Jiangsu edition textbooks are higher than those of the PEP edition.According to the comparison conclusion,in order to better implement the teaching,the following four teaching suggestions are put forward:(1)Pay attention to teaching materials to clarify the status and role of teaching materials;(2)Pay attention to situational exercises and tap the various values of the exercises;(3)Flexibly arrange the types of exercises to give full play to the advantages of the exercises;(4)Grasp the difficulty of the exercises and reflect the level of the exercises.For better preparation the following five suggestions are put forward for the preparation of the textbook exercises:(1)According to the curriculum standards,grasp the content of the teaching materials;(2)Focus on learning integration of subjects,strengthening the exploratory nature of exercises;(3)Increase life experiments and cultivate students’ hands-on ability;(4)Integrate into reality live,increase the interest of the exercises;(5)Pay attention to the development of exercises and give full play to the function of exercises. |
