The standard of general high school chemistry curriculum(2017 version)officially proposed the chemical core literacy.Combining the characteristics of chemistry with the core literacy,it clearly stated that chemistry courses should train students five core literacy.Teaching design is the basis of the implementation of classroom teaching.Good teaching design is the guarantee of developing students' chemical core literacy.So,it is very important to study the design of "literacy-based" teaching in order to develop the students' chemical core literacy in teaching practice.By using the method of literature research,this paper combs the research status of chemistry literacy,chemical core literacy,the teaching design based on Chemical core literacy,and the teaching strategy of element compound.In order to understand the current situation of the teaching design and implementation of elementary compounds for middle school chemistry teachers,we used the questionnaire survey method.According to the results of the investigation,the teaching strategies for elemental compounds were put forward and the educational experiments were carried out by using the experimental research method.Through the questionnaire survey,we know that there are four main problems in the process of teaching design and implementation:(1)the lack of evaluation design in the teaching design and the single way of classroom evaluation;(2)the relatively single teaching activities and the lack of students' subjectivity;(3)the chemical experiments are mainly demonstration experiments,and students seldom carry out independent experiments and inquiry experiments;(4)The situation creation of real problems is insufficient.Through the analysis of the results of the questionnaire,four teaching strategies are put forward:(1)Multiple evaluation methods to diagnose and develop students' core literacy;(2)design chemistry experiment with the concept of transformation as the core;(3)design chemistry experiment with the concept of chemistry as the core;carry out knowledge integration design with tables and diagrams as the tools;(4)solve practical problems through real situations.According to the proposed teaching strategy,two teaching design cases of "important compounds of iron" and "chlorine and its compounds" are given.Through the experimental research method to two classes with the same level of chemistry,through the comparison and analysis of students' achievements,it is proved that the "accomplishment based" teaching design can promote the development of students' chemical core literacy.
