| Since the eighteenth congress,China’s economic development into the orbit more rapid and high quality development,market and social demand for talents of various aspects ability becomes more and more diversified,entering a new historical period,facing the complex and changeable,more tough economic times,high quality promote transformation and upgrading of industry development is the necessary way of entering a new period.In the actual employment process,the competition of vocational college graduates in personal quality becomes more intense.In this way,as the cradle of application-oriented talent training,the depth and breadth of university-enterprise cooperation talent training will be further developed.At the same time,the importance of the construction of college teachers will be more prominent,because of this,higher vocational colleges should constantly reflect on the front-line teaching activities,constantly try to break through and innovation,and then explore the requirements of the new era of the market,and adapt to the background of the new era of higher vocational college teacher management solutions.In this paper,using the method of literature,investigation,analysis,case analysis,A vocational college mode of teacher management,for instance,between colleges for higher vocational colleges under the background of the fusion between higher vocational colleges and teachers to study management problem,the mixture between higher vocational colleges under the background of the problems existing in the management of teachers,analyzed the cause of the problem,Suggestions and countermeasures are put forward to strengthen the management ability of teachers under the background of university-enterprise integration.Through in-depth analysis of this study,the teacher management problems in A vocational college under the background of university-enterprise integration mainly include: Teachers’ selection and employment management,teachers’ teaching task management,teachers’ promotion and development management,teachers’ annual assessment management,teachers’ salary and incentive management and teachers’ school-enterprise culture management.Under the six management problems,The detailed including teachers hiring channels is not reasonable,teachers used to be a two-way flow of management,teaching job overall mission is overweight,teaching task allocation is not reasonable,lack of teachers education promotion incentives,teachers title evaluation of promotion channels did not get through,lack of scientific research task in the annual appraisal index indicators,in view of the teaching quality assessment lack of rationality,lack of teachers’ salaries There are 12sub-problems including effective incentive,low correlation between performance salary and teaching quality,weak sense of belonging of teachers’ organization and weak professional identity of teachers.The reasons for the above problems in teacher management are analyzed in depth.Based on in-depth interviews and relevant data from questionnaire survey,this study analyzes the reasons from four levels: government,enterprises,schools and teachers.Combined with the actual situation,this study respectively from the government,enterprises,schools and teachers four aspects put forward the optimization of fusion between colleges under the background of teacher management measures,including increasing government support for university-enterprise fusion,improve enterprise in the management of teachers’ decision making and comprehensive optimization of school teachers management mechanism and set up the comprehensive development of professional philosophy. |
