| With the economic development of our country entering a period of high-quality development,the development of new technologies promotes industrial transformation and upgrading,and social development urgently needs high-quality technical skilled talents.However,relevant research shows that there is an oversupply of skills for workers in traditional industries and a shortage of high-quality technical and skilled personnel in the current labor market,and there is a structural mismatch between the supply of talents training in higher vocational education and social needs.In addition,with the support of advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence and big data and national policy support,the blended teaching mode is widely used in higher vocational education,and the widespread use of this mode provides a feasible path for the implementation of OBE education concept.Based on the above research background,this study aims to analyze the feasibility of OBE education concept guiding blended teaching mode;how to build a blended teaching mode based on OBE concept;Finally,the blended teaching mode based on the OBE education concept will be applied to the actual teaching process to test the application effect of this teaching mode.Firstly,this study combs the OBE education concept by literature analysis,and finds that the OBE education concept is consistent with the structural mismatch between the talent training supply and social demand in higher vocational education,that is,the OBE concept provides a theoretical basis for the reform of higher vocational education.In recent years,the wide application of blended teaching mode in higher vocational education provides a feasible path for OBE education concept to land.Secondly,the concept of blended teaching mode is defined,while the current research status of both the OBE education concept and blended teaching mode is sorted out.The three theories of constructivist learning theory,meaningful learning theory,and competency-based education theory are described to support this study.The advantages of the OBE education concept in guiding blended education are explored,and a blended teaching model based on the OBE concept is constructed based on Acharya’s OBE education model and the BOPPPS teaching model,guided by the principles of double mastery,sustainable improvement,localized design,and reverse design.The four components of the model: definition,achievement,evaluation,and use of learning outcomes were analyzed in depth.To define the expected learning outcomes of students,the education stakeholders were analyzed.Next,the current teaching situation of the blended teaching model in higher education was analyzed and problems were sorted out by using questionnaire and interview methods to provide a basis for the experimental design of the blended teaching model based on the OBE education concept in the medium term.Through quasi experimental research,a blended teaching model based on the OBE concept is used to conduct teaching experiments around students’ expected learning outcomes.In terms of the application effect of the teaching mode,the analysis of the expected learning outcomes proves that the blended teaching mode based on the OBE education concept is effective.This paper takes the OBE education concept as the logical starting point of this study,constructs and uses a blended teaching model based on the OBE concept to optimize learners’ learning outcomes,and at the same time constructs a quantitative evaluation system to quantify the whole teaching evaluation process,providing a new teaching model for front-line education and teaching work.Compared with the conventional blended teaching model,this model can improve students’ satisfaction and help students cultivate the information literacy required by society,which can provide reference for the cultivation of high-quality technical skills talents under the current high-quality development of vocational education.However,there are still problems with the universality of the teaching model to be verified. |
