In recent years,internet insurance has come to a new peak,and the small fragmentation business has shown an explosive pattern.Accidental and health insurance has also become the current "net red" insurance product,involving people’s clothing,food,living,travel and other aspects.At the same time,cloud computing,big data,artificial intelligence and other emerging technology are also developing rapidly.How to deeply integrate and apply these emerging technologies with the internet insurance business scene is a challenge for the insurance industry.Based on the analysis of the development status of internet small fragmentation insurance,this paper summarizes three industry pain points:First,the product positioning is not accurate enough,the homogeneity is serious,and can not meet the real needs of users;Second,product pricing is uniform and user experience is very poor.Third,the weak product wind control system makes it easy for fraudulent groups to seize the opportunity and cause economic losses to the company.These three pain points are mainly reflected in the marketing,insurance and claims scenarios in the Accidental and Health Insurance business process.In order to solve the above problems,this paper studies the domestic and foreign literature,respectively,based on big data technology and collaborative filtering algorithm,hidden Markov model,improved iterative decision tree algorithm,model innovation,optimization and empirical analysis,and finally obtains a model with application value.Provide theoretical guidance and method reference for the insurance industry,and have important significance for enterprises to improve their core competitiveness and accelerate the development of small fragmentation business.The main structure of this paper is as follows:First,it introduces the background and significance of the development of internet insurance,puts forward the pain points of small fragmentation business in the insurance industry at this stage,and elaborates the solutions.Secondly,the domestic and foreign references related to this topic are displayed,which provides reference for the model design and application research in this paper.Thirdly,the status quo of internet small fragmentation insurance business is analyzed,and its business characteristics,business status,problems and impact on the insurance industry are described.Fourth,specific solutions are given for the analysis of the previous step,describing how to apply big data technology and actual business for key business scenarios of insurance marketing,insurance,and claims.There are two innovations in this paper.The first is to "adapt to the current situation".To study the small fragmented ltalian health insurance business is in line with the requirements of the CIRC for insurance companies.The second is "technical application".The model studied in this paper has guiding significance to the business innovation and development of insurance companies.Of course,there are still some deficiencies in this paper.The data that the research model depends on is limited to the data of an insurance company.The empirical research of this paper is not detailed enough.It needs to be trained and polished with more data of insurance companies in order to meet the requirements that can be applied to the entire insurance industry.
