| With the continuous improvement of social security,the increasing awareness of people’s participation in insurance and the launch of the "People’s Participation Plan" of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security,the coverage of social pension insurance has continued to increase.Social insurance is an important means for the government to maintain social order and regulate the national economy.In order to ensure the safety and integrity of the social insurance fund,a series of policies from the "Social Insurance Law" to local policies and regulations have been introduced,but social insurance fraud has never been curbed,and it caused the loss of social insurance funds.As the most important part of social insurance,pension insurance is highly concerned by the society.How to carry out the anti-fraud work of pension insurance is an important work for local pension insurance agencies and management agencies at all levels.Information asymmetry exists in the insurance field,which leads to fraud.Although pension insurance is different from commercial insurance,there is also the fact that this information is asymmetric.This article takes Peng Zhou as an example,from the perspective of information asymmetry.The fraudulent behavior of pension insurance was analyzed to discuss the moral hazard and adverse selection in pension insurance.Using economics theory analysis,it is concluded that to suppress the occurrence of fraud,one is to increase the probability of fraud detection,and the other is to increase the cost of fraud.Taking the antifraud work of Peng Zhou pension insurance as an example,it analyzes the internal work situation and external linkage mechanism.In improving the probability of fraud detection,Peng Zhou strengthens the construction of information system,and the degree of information sharing between departments.To increase the cost of fraudulent activities,Peng Zhou increases crackdowns and punishments.Drawing on experience and enlightenment from the case analysis,to strengthen the anti-fraud work of pension insurance,it is necessary to increase the construction of information systems,strengthen external supervision,strengthen departmental information sharing,and strengthen the construction of the integrity system,so as to provide reference and reference for other places to carry out this work experience. |
