The examination is a way to test the students’ learning achievements and a standard to test the teaching level of teachers.Compared with traditional courses,computer pro-gramming language-related courses adopt paper-based examination mode that will affect the quality of examinations.Online programming exam provides a new examination mode for programming language-related courses.The implementation of anti-cheating strate-gies for online exams is the basis for guaranteeing the fairness of online exams.Most of the research on anti-cheating strategies for online examination platforms is based on LAN-based anti-cheating schemes,which use physical isolation to completely isolate the Internet or only allow access to part of the network.For platforms that provide online ex-amination services based on the public network,how to implement anti-cheating measures is one of the main contents of this thesis.In recent years,”Internet + Education” has been the trend in the field of education.The continuous implementation of national policies has further promoted the combina-tion of the education and Internet field.As a channel to realize ”Internet + education”,online learning platforms are rapidly emerging in major colleges and universities.At the same time,it has aroused scholars’ thinking on personalized education.The combination of the education field and the recommendation system field is the product of ”Internet +Education”.The data in the education field has its own characteristics,and research on personalized education should integrate the recommendation system technology into the education field while maintaining the characteristics of education data.Based on this start-ing point,this thesis researches the recommendation strategy of personalized test questions in the education field.The main work of this thesis is as follows:(1)Statistical analysis and feature extraction are performed for the historical data submitted by users and stored in the online programming virtual experiment system of this thesis.Based on this,a hybrid recommendation algorithm adapted to the systematic data is proposed and is validated on a real dataset.(2)This thesis analyzes the cheating behaviors in the online examination mode based on the public network,and uses the information binding technology of examinee to prevent the phenomenon of taking the test,and puts forward the online examination anti-cheating strategy based on the public network.Finally,this thesis designs and implements the online programming virtual experiment examination system,which provides online ex-amination service based on public network.At present,it can provide hundreds of people with online examination at the same time.The programming courses of UESTC apply this online examination system for examination.
