Research On Satisfaction Degree Of Public Sports Service In Shanxi Province

In the process of building a well-off society in an all-round way,the level of competitive sports in our country has entered the world's advanced ranks,and the international influence has been improved remarkably.The public sports service for the national health goal has become indispensable for the development of national public utilities section.In this paper,the multi-dimensional,objective and neutral performance evaluation of public sports service satisfaction in Shanxi Province is aimed at improving the quality of public sports service in our province,paying attention to the health of the whole people and continuously improving the public service level.This study reviews and draws on the research on the performance evaluation system of public sports service.Taking the correlation between residents' satisfaction and consumption willingness as the research entry point,this paper uses the literature research method,the questionnaire survey method and the empirical research method to provide the public sports service The status of the residents satisfaction assessment,the following conclusions:(1)In the analysis of public sports service satisfaction,it is found that the residents of Shanxi Province have the highest satisfaction with the current public sports service,followed by "activity information",the third is "organization and community",and finally the lowest satisfaction "Service benefits".(2)In the analysis of the differences in the satisfaction of different dimensions of public sports services,it is found that the satisfaction degree of different factors is different for each dimension.(3)There is a significant positive correlation between sports consumption willingness and site facilities,activity information,organizational community and service benefits.There are significant differences in the satisfaction of the residents with high,medium and low satisfaction factors in different factors,and there is a significant positive correlation between the high group and the middle group residents' sports consumption intention and the satisfaction of public sports service.There is no significant correlation between the willingness of the residents' sports consumption and the satisfaction of the facilities and organizations,and there is a significant positive correlation between the activity information and the service benefits.The participants of the public sports service have a high degree of evaluation,Indicating that the evaluation results are excellent.(4)The statistical model of sports consumption willingness in Shanxi Province is preliminarily constructed.The greater the amount of sports information provided to residents,the greater the willingness of people 's sports consumption and the greater contribution of public sports service to the development of sports industry.Analysis found that site facilities,organization and community,the effectiveness of service significantly greater than 0.05,so can not be established with the consumer willingness to predict the regression model.
