The novel is the main writing style of junior high school textbooks,and also the main writing style to test students’ appreciation ability.Therefore,novel teaching has always been an important research content of junior middle school Chinese,especially the research of novel teaching design.Facing the reform of basic education under the background of core literacy,new requirements are put forward for novel instructional design.The reverse instructional design theory is a new instructional design theory,which advocates the instructional design oriented to the core accomplishment and uses the reverse thinking mode to break the disadvantages of indoctrination and meaningless activity type instructional design.It requires teachers to first determine the expected learning results,then provide the corresponding evaluation evidence of the learning results,and finally design the learning plan,always maintain the consistency of teaching objectives,evaluation and activities,which is conducive to the implementation of the new curriculum standards on the cultivation of core literacy of Chinese subjects.In view of this,the reverse instructional design theory is introduced to guide the novel instructional design,in order to improve the current situation of novel instructional design and enhance the effectiveness of novel instructional design.By means of literature method and questionnaire survey,this paper summarizes domestic and foreign research on the teaching design of junior high school Chinese novels based on reverse instructional design theory,and clarifies the core concepts and relevant theoretical basis.To investigate the current situation of Chinese novel teaching in junior middle schools with first-line Chinese teachers as objects,there are mainly the following problems: first,the novel teaching thinking is rigid,accustomed to the traditional teaching design ideas and single-article design form;Second,the teaching objectives of novels are not detailed enough and not fit the curriculum standards.Thirdly,there is no continuous evaluation system for the teaching of novels.Fourthly,the objectives,evaluation and activities of instructional design are not closely connected.Based on the above problems,this study analyzes the feasibility of introducing reverse design instructional design theory into novel instructional design from the perspectives of textbook unit design,curriculum reform and student development law.This paper analyzes the necessity of introducing reverse design theory into novel teaching design from the perspectives of core accomplishment,teaching idea and novel teaching method.And try to put forward the presentation unit design method,oriented curriculum standards,the establishment of continuous evaluation system,teaching activities to target teaching objectives and evaluation of implementation requirements.In order to solve the above problems,the reverse instructional design program of Grant Wiggins and Jay Mc Teague is further refined to design more suitable operation procedures and cases for the teaching design of Chinese novels in junior high school.Retain the original three stages of determining expected outcomes,determining appropriate assessment evidence,and designing a learning plan.The stage of determining expected results is to determine the course standards,the selection of novel units and students’ learning situation,to determine the major concept of the novel and the misunderstanding of the expected understanding,to design the basic problems pointing to the major concept and to describe the specific learning objectives.To determine the appropriate evaluation evidence stage,GRASPS is used to design expressive tasks and other evaluation evidence according to the characteristics of novel knowledge,which constitutes the first continuous evaluation system.In the design learning plan stage,unit design is adopted,combined with WHERETO element,to design corresponding unit activities and class tasks.According to the above procedures,to the ninth grade volume of unit 4 teaching case design.Through interviews with front-line teachers,reflections are made on teaching case design and its advantages and disadvantages are summarized as follows: First,effective operation path is provided;Second,to refine the objectives of the novel teaching design;Third,guide the establishment of novel evaluation system;Fourth,change teachers’ attitude towards teaching materials;Fifth,increase the teaching time and the difficulty of teachers’ lesson preparation.The author hopes that the research results presented in this paper can provide a little reference for junior middle school Chinese teachers to carry out novel teaching design. |
