The mental health problem of junior high school students has been widely concerned by all walks of life,and social anxiety is one of the hot topics.In order to explore the influence of parent-child attachment and peer acceptance of junior high school students on social anxiety,and the intermediary role of trait emotional intelligence.In this study,using the adolescent social anxiety scale,junior middle school students attachment scale,peer acceptance scale and trait emotion intelligence strength scale,750 students from grade 7 to grade 9 of a middle school in Nanning,Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region were selected.After data sorting and analysis,the following results were finally obtained:(1)Social anxiety among junior high school students is generally at the middle level.(2)Social anxiety of junior high school students was significantly different in gender,and the total score of social anxiety of girls was significantly higher than that of boys.Social anxiety also varied significantly in grade,with ninth grade total scores significantly higher than seventh and eighth grades.(3)The pairwise correlation between parent-child attachment,trait emotional intelligence and social anxiety in junior high school students: parent-child attachment and social anxiety,parent-child attachment is significantly positively correlated with trait emotional intelligence,and trait emotional intelligence is significantly negatively correlated with social anxiety.(4)Peer acceptance of junior high school students is related with trait emotional intelligence and social anxiety,among which peer acceptance was significantly positively correlated with trait emotional intelligence,and significantly negatively correlated with social anxiety.(5)The characteristic emotional intelligence of junior high school students has a partial intermediary effect between parent-child attachment and social anxiety,peer acceptance and social anxiety.Conclusion: There is a close relationship between social anxiety and parent-child attachment,peer acceptance and trait emotional intelligence,and it plays a partial mediating role in parent-child attachment and peer acceptance on social anxiety. |
