| The reform of labor and technology education is the focus of the Ministry of Education in the reform of basic education curriculum.This study investigates and studies the implementation of labor and technology education curriculum in primary schools.This study collected and sorted out the literature related to the implementation of primary school labor and technology education curriculum,selected urban and county-level primary school teachers in Nanning city as the research object,and investigated the current situation of the implementation of primary school and labor technology education curriculum through literature research and questionnaire survey.Stratified random sampling was adopted in this study,with 672 valid samples.Statistical analysis method 26.0SPSS software was used for data analysis and processing,including independent sample T test,analysis of variance and linear regression analysis.The results show that :(1)school location is significantly different from primary school labor and curriculum implementation;(2)There is a significant difference between primary school labor and curriculum implementation;(3)The weekly class hour arrangement of labor and technology courses is significantly different from the implementation of labor and technology courses in primary schools;(4)Teaching self-efficacy has the best predictive effect on the evaluation of curriculum objectives.School location,teachers’ teaching experience,labor and technology curriculum arrangement and teaching self-efficacy have significant effects on curriculum implementation.The main problems of the implementation of the curriculum of labor and technology education in primary schools are: the educational objectives are not clear;the course content is not rich;the teaching form is not flexible;Curriculum evaluation is not perfect.In order to solve these problems mentioned above,we can research them from the following perspectives: make clear the curriculum objective,renew the concept of labor and technology education;Enrich curriculum content and develop diversified curriculum content resources;Flexible teaching form,choose various teaching organization form;Establish evaluation index,perfect curriculum implementation evaluation system. |
