With the technical support of the inter-generational leap,new media,relying on network technology,digital technology,and mobile communication technology,is gradually expanding its impact and delivering and receiving information to a large audience through new technology as an important carrier,interactivity as a key core,platform as the main feature,and humanization as a clear guide.The application of new media in education is an inevitable trend of educational reform and development.In fact,new media has unparalleled advantages and influence in the teaching and education of students in the Z era.Teachers of the "Secretary Practice" course for secretarial majors in secondary vocational schools should adopt a proactive attitude,combine professional characteristics,new media characteristics,and the law of development,conduct in-depth research and use of new media,actively occupy the dominant position in online education,and explore effective ways and precise countermeasures for the application of new media to secretarial teaching in secondary vocational schools.This article integrates a large number of relevant literature,observes teaching classes on the spot,and carries out teaching practice activities based on connectionism theory and constructivism theory,combining the advantages of multiple and shared teaching resources,flexible and diverse teaching methods,functional and interactive teaching platforms,and professional integration strategies of new media,while this paper examines the application of new media in the teaching of the "Secretary Practice" course in secondary vocational schools by using various research methods,with a view to proving that new media can improve the learning atmosphere,students’ learning enthusiasm,and teaching quality of the course with significant teaching effects.The full text consists of four parts:The first part summarizes the main forms and significance of the application of new media to the Secretary Practice course in secondary vocational schools by integrating relevant literature to provide an effective theoretical support for the main integration of new media and the profession by providing a relevant overview of the concept and theoretical basis for research on the new media and the Secretary Practice course in secondary vocational schools.The second part mainly explores the current situation and problems of classroom teaching of "Secretary Practice" in secondary vocational schools.Through student questionnaires,classroom observation records,and interviews with teachers and students,we discover the current problems in teaching,and then analyze the reasons from the perspectives of both students and teachers.The third part analyzes the design ideas,teaching objectives,and teaching content of the course "Secretary Practice" in secondary vocational schools in detail,discusses the basic principles for the application of new media in this major.In the same time,summarizes and develops specific integration strategies for new media and professional courses based on teaching needs from three stages when before class,during class,and after class.The fourth part is to design specific practical cases of new media in the teaching of "Secretary Practice" course in secondary vocational schools.Design two teaching cases based on specific teaching materials and specific learning situations,and demonstrate that the application of new media has achieved good results through the use of different groups of experimental results,questionnaire survey results,and teacher interviews.This can effectively promote the interaction between teachers and students in the "Secretary Practice" classroom in secondary vocational schools,improve students’ learning enthusiasm and teaching quality,and provide some experience and reference for expanding the application scope and teaching implementation of new media.
