| With the development of information technology and geography curriculum reform recently,“Implementation Plan for Accelerating the Modernization of Education(2018-2022)” and “General High School Geography Curriculum Standards(2017 Edition)” have been established. In this circumstance,it is important to carry out problem-based teaching, and build a new geography teaching model based on information technology. This paper applied literature research methods, questionnaire survey methods, action research methods and other methods to carry out the research on the problem-based teaching of geography assisted by information technology in senior high schools, which is of great value and meaningful.Studies have shown that the information technology-assisted model of geography problem teaching in high schools is a practical and effective teaching model.Firstly, this paper uses the literature research method to learn about the current research status and define the scope of the research. Then we adopt the theory of subjectivity learning as the guiding principle, constructivist learning theory as the main framework, multiple intelligences theory and TPACK theory as the goal, which provides theoretical support for the construction of information technology-assisted high school geographic problem-based teaching model.Secondly,a questionnaire survey is conducted among high school geography teachers in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region shows that there existed some problems such as insufficient situation creation, insufficient interest in situation creation, neglect of situational authenticity,time-consuming teaching design, obstruction of geography teaching practices, weak information technology capabilities, and single application methods. Finally, this paper uses the action research method to design teaching case and carry out teaching practice according to the principles of constructing goals, applicability, subjectivity, and dominance;focusing on problem presupposition, problem presentation, problem exploration, problem solving, problem migration and other links;by using information technology,we can establish goals, grasp the direction of problems, create problem situations, optimize problem presentation, build scaffolding, carry out problem exploration, represent thinking, improve problem cognition, combine thinking and action, and realize problem migration.Taking "The Movement of Seawater" as an example to carry out teaching practice. It is found that information technology-assisted geographical problem-based teaching in senior high schools has an effect on strengthening classroom communication, promoting the achievement of teaching goals, and cultivating students’ problem awareness,problem-solving ability as well as other geographical disciplines.Overall, the constructed information technology-assisted high school geography problem-based teaching model is feasible, operable and effective. |
