Study On Problems And Countermeasures Of International Exchange And Cooperation In Guangxi Higher Vocational Colleges

The development of economic globalization promotes the internationalization of higher education,and makes it become the inevitable trend of the development of higher education in China,including higher vocational colleges,while promoting international exchanges and cooperation is an important way to realize the internationalization of higher education.In recent years,with the continuous deepening of China’s opening-up policy and the deepening of the "Belt and Road" construction,international exchanges and cooperation of higher vocational colleges have become an important part of China’s education opening-up.Guangxi,with its unique geographical advantages,is the frontier and important window of exchanges and cooperation between China and ASEAN countries.It has broad prospects for developing international exchanges and cooperation,and is also the inevitable way for Guangxi higher vocational colleges to realize sustainable development.According to the List of National Colleges and Universities released by the Ministry of Education on October 25,2021,guangxi has 48 higher vocational colleges,among which,Liuzhou city vocational college,guangxi agricultural vocational and technical college(now in guangxi agricultural vocational and technical college),liuzhou railway vocational &technical college part in higher vocational colleges,such as relying on geographical advantages and the "China-asean free trade area" international exchanges and cooperation platform,under the national policy and local policy to promote and support,to carry out a variety of forms,a distinctive international exchanges and cooperation,It has become a model of national vocational education opening to the outside world.However,Guangxi is located in the less developed western minority region,the economic development lags behind,the development level of higher vocational education is low,and the international exchange and cooperation of higher vocational education is in the initial stage of exploration.Therefore,it is of practical significance to study the international exchange and cooperation of guangxi higher vocational colleges.This study mainly includes the following seven parts: The first part is the introduction,also is the basis of this study,mainly related to the origin,significance,methods and ideas of the research point,difficult point and innovation,literature review,such as content,related research has been carried out on this part mainly adopts literature research,the purpose is to grasp the current status of related research,research in higher vocational colleges in guangxi to carry out international exchanges and cooperation with the necessity and support conditions,Clarify the research content and research ideas;The second part is to study the vocational education,vocational education international cooperation,international exchange,international exchanges and cooperation in higher vocational colleges,higher vocational colleges,such as definition of four core,at the same time combing open system theory,two kinds of development theory,comparative advantage theory,flow and provide focus of the investigation and statistics,based on the theory of two kinds of development and the higher vocational education quality in the annual report of "international influence" table data statistical indicators,to build this part of the survey of dimension and the concrete index system,and through the guangxi zhuang autonomous region,municipalities,the schools of higher vocational
