Nowadays,the process of economic globalization is further accelerated and deepened,and the demand for international talents is increasing day by day.Higher education must adhere to the path of internationalization,which has become the consensus reached by the educational circles of all countries.As an important part of higher education,the task of higher vocational colleges is particularly important.Cultivating internationalized applied technology talents has become an important indicator to enhance the core competitiveness of Higher Vocational colleges.Through a variety of international exchange and cooperation activities and projects,Higher Vocational Colleges in China have initially formed a new pattern of education opening with Chinese characteristics.However,under the background of education internationalization,different regions and different types of Higher Vocational Colleges in China face various factors,such as different teaching resources,professional construction,curriculum settings,teachers' strength,and so on,the mode and degree of foreign exchange and cooperation.It also constructs a unique pattern and the difference of conditions among different regions,which constitutes the necessity and feasibility of learning from each other among colleges and universities.Based on the specific data of the foreign exchange and cooperation projects of Higher Vocational Colleges in 34 provinces and regions in China,this study finds out the problems existing in the foreign exchange and cooperation of Higher Vocational Colleges in China through statistical analysis,explores the modes and ideas of international excellent higher vocational colleges' foreign exchange and cooperation,and presents a two-way causal analysis status quo.From the three aspects of education and teaching situation,social contribution and international influence of Higher Vocational Colleges in China at present,this paper makes a statistical analysis of the regional distribution,teaching resources,professional construction and information construction of the top 50 higher vocational colleges in China,and refers to the situation of service contribution of Higher Vocational Colleges in our country on poverty alleviation,manufacturing in China and serving local areas,and then focuses on it.Extensive analysis of the international impact of China's higher vocational colleges,such as studying in China,running schools abroad and exchanging achievements,provides a basis for exploring the causes of problems such as unbalanced regional and institutional development,lack of teachers' international information-based teaching ability,neglect of the needs of the exporting countries of education,lack of experience,inconsistency of social and economic benefits,and provides effective and feasible suggestions.。 Based on the investigation and analysis of the current situation and the successful experience of foreign exchange and cooperation of Higher Vocational Colleges in developed countries such as the United States,Australia and Germany,this paper puts forward some feasible and timely suggestions on promoting foreign exchange and cooperation of Higher Vocational Colleges in China from the aspects of overall planning and guidance of the government,self-improvement ability of universities and related collaborative organizations.
