| Teaching competency refers to the sum of various ability characteristics that can accomplish the teaching work well.According to the theory of competency,it is divided into four dimensions : teaching drive,role identity,teaching knowledge and teaching skills.The teaching competence of male kindergarten teachers is closely related to the quality of preschool education,which is the basic quality to ensure the successful completion of kindergarten education and teaching.The research uses literature method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and other research methods to investigate the teaching competence of male preschool teachers in Guangxi and analyze the relevant data through SPSS tool.Based on the three stages of survival needs,mutual relationship needs and growth and development needs from the perspective of ERG,this paper studies the internal driving force,role identity,teaching knowledge and teaching skills of male kindergarten teachers ’ teaching competence.Survival needs stage : low salary level to stimulate teaching drive,high self-psychological prevention awareness of male teachers,and lack of unique teaching advantage positioning of men.The stage of mutual relationship needs : the pressure of male teachers ’ individual family formation is more prominent,the group of male teachers lacks a teaching mutual assistance platform,and the teaching and research of teaching knowledge and skills lacks pertinence.The stage of growth and development needs : the space for career promotion and development is difficult to meet,the conflict between seniority and low social status,and the limited development of extensive knowledge and innovative skills.The following reasons are summarized : the stage of survival needs : the gap between internal and external remuneration,the weak atmosphere of interpersonal love,and the neglect of post-employment positioning analysis.The stage of mutual relationship needs : housing support is difficult to guarantee,common groups lack organization,and individual teaching and research needs are dissatisfied.The stage of growth and development needs : insufficient ideal development opportunities,difficult recognition of social status,and insufficient soil for innovation and growth.Evaluation monitoring feedback : the value of teaching evaluation is unknown,the content of teaching evaluation is incomplete,and the evaluation method is missing.The path suggestions are as follows : Survival needs stage : optimize the distribution system of wages,stimulate the teaching drive of male teachers,build an accepted interpersonal atmosphere,enhance the interpersonal identity of male teachers,locate the training program of junior high school,improve the knowledge and skills of male teachers,improve the awareness of self-reflection,and promote teachers ’self-evaluation.The stage of mutual relationship needs : providing transitional housing support,meeting the individual needs of male teachers,establishing a common group of male teachers,promoting the mutual assistance of male teachers,improving differentiated teaching and research measures,and enriching the knowledge and skills of male teachers.Improve the scientific evaluation and improve the external evaluation of teaching.The stage of growth and development needs : to provide opportunities for career promotion,to stabilize the teaching drive of male teachers,to improve the traditional concept of society,to improve the sense of professional achievement of male teachers,to establish an inter-garden research platform,to cultivate innovative teaching backbone talents,to optimize evaluation methods and strategies,and to ensure the improvement of teaching competence.The innovation of the paper,first,theory integration innovation.This study closely combines ERG vision with competency theory.The formation of survival needs stage-relationship needs stage-growth development needs stage of kindergarten male teachers ’ teaching competency level wave rising cycle linkage promotion strategy.Secondly,the research angle is new.This study studies the teaching competence level of male kindergarten teachers from the perspective of ERG,not only from a new perspective to study the professional development of male kindergarten teachers,but also from the macro object to the micro object.The strategy of improving the teaching competence of the kindergarten teachers is focused on the strategy of improving the teaching competence of the kindergarten male teachers. |
