Writing is an important way to implement the core literacy of Chinese language and exercise students’ thinking.There have been some changes in the teaching of exercises in the2022 version of the Chinese language curriculum standards,first of all,the title has changed,and secondly,the content has been integrated.Since the promulgation and implementation of the 2022 Chinese language curriculum standard,many experts and scholars have interpreted it from various aspects,hoping to help frontline teachers adapt to the new curriculum standard more quickly.However,through research and investigation,it was found that there are still many problems in the teaching of homework in the second stage of primary school,and these problems have not been effectively solved.The second stage of primary school is a very important stage,which is a critical period for students to write exercises.During this stage,students’ thinking will undergo significant changes,and exercise teaching can promote the development of students’ thinking.By consulting various literature and professional books,I have gained an understanding of the current research trends in the teaching of exercises in the second stage of primary school.So,based on previous research,the author focused on the second stage of primary school.By conducting a questionnaire survey and interviews with teachers and students in the second stage of primary school,this study conducted a thorough and systematic analysis of the problems in the teaching of primary school second stage exercises under the current implementation of the 2022 Chinese language curriculum standards,and proposed corresponding improvement strategies.There are several main problems in the teaching of homework in the second stage of primary school: insufficient implementation of the 2022 Chinese language curriculum standards by teachers,narrow sources of design basis for teacher homework teaching,single form of teacher homework teaching,and insufficient understanding of the importance of homework evaluation by teachers.The fundamental reasons for these problems are that teachers do not have a deep understanding of the 2022 Chinese language curriculum standards,their understanding of the characteristics of exercise teaching is not comprehensive enough,their thinking on exercise teaching is fixed,and their understanding of the importance of evaluation is insufficient.Based on these issues,the author proposes the following four countermeasures: strengthening the learning and implementation of the 2022 Chinese language curriculum standard,enhancing the situational and practical nature of the exercise course,conducting diversified exercise teaching,and accurately playing the role of exercise evaluation.I hope that through this study,we can supplement and improve the current research on homework teaching in the second stage of primary school,and promote frontline Chinese language teachers to further improve the quality of homework teaching in the second stage.
