Industry colleges is a new organizational form for the integration of industry and education in vocational education in our country.According to the Guidelines for the Construction of Modern Industry Colleges(for Trial Implementation)in July 2020,it is an inevitable requirement for higher education to support the high-quality development of the economy and an important measure to promote the classified development and characteristic development of universities and colleges.In essence,the establishment of industrial colleges not only meets the needs of local economic transformation and upgrading,regional vocational education development and regional talent shortage,but also shows great advantages in ensuring the quality of technical and skilled personnel training.The unique nature between the "Industrial College" of Guangxi A Privately-run Universities and enterprises is similar to the "symbiosis" in biology.The "industrial college" of a private university is a social project jointly participated by the college and enterprises in the government,industry,association and other subjects,and a typical organizational carrier for the effective integration of knowledge,education and industry.It has broken through the bilateral relationship between traditional universities,industry,industry and education,scientific research and teaching.The exchange cycle of information,resources and energy between schools and enterprises has realized the benign interaction of knowledge,education and industry,and it is in line with the basic characterization of multi-dimensional symbiosis of the symbiosis of theory.Therefore,on the premise of sorting out the theoretical basis of the school-running model of industrial colleges and the research results of typical industrial college-running models at home and abroad,based on the theory of symbiosis,this paper takes the industrial college of Guangxi A private university as an example.The development of the school-running model is summarized and its symbiotic characteristics are summarized,and on this basis,the symbiosis logic and basic elements of the dual-subject school-running symbiosis of the industrial college of a private university are analyzed.Based on a survey of the development of the double-subject school running mode of A private university in Guangxi,the questionnaire survey on the "Industry colleges" is conducted for teachers and students of school A,and the factors affecting the "Industry colleges" of school and enterprises and the practical problems are found.The questionnaire survey was conducted to find out the factors and practical problems affecting the cooperative symbiosis between school and enterprise.We also interviewed the leaders and responsible persons of "Industry colleges" through semi-structured interviews,so as to understand more clearly the "Industry colleges" of Guangxi A private college.It is clear from the analysis of the study found that the lack of independent operation mechanism of the double-entity unit,the management process of the double-subject of A university’s "Industrial College" is imperfect,the teaching management of the double-subject is imperfect,the evaluation mechanism of the symbiotic lacks the teacher team,the function is unclear and the symbiotic environment is unstable.Based on the theory of symbiosis and an in-depth analysis was done on the causes of the problems,suggestions are sound independent operation mechanism of the symbiotic unit of dual subjects,put forward to improve the management institution and management system of the double-subject,build the nurture module under the symbiotic mode,optimize the teacher team evaluation mechanism under the symbiotic mode,improve the precision under the symbiotic environment,build the risk prevention mechanism and improve the service level,so as to provide theoretical reference for the double-subject school running mode of A university’s "Industrial College" in Guangxi. |
