As the backbone of the country,college students shoulder the tasks of the country's strength,national prosperity,and social stability.The physical health of college students is closely related to the future development of the country.Since China's first comprehensive implementation of student physique and health tests in 1985,the physical health of college students has continued to decline.Although the rate of decline has slowed down,the physical health of college students is still unsatisfactory at this stage,and it has received widespread attention from all walks of life.Therefore,the work of strengthening the physical health of college students is also urgent.This thesis takes "Internet +" sports as the meeting point,keeps pace with the times,makes full use of running APP software to assist students to participate in extra-curricular exercise activities,strengthen students' physical exercise,and further improve students' physical fitness.Through the literature method,experimental method,data test method,mathematical statistics method,logical analysis method,to explore the impact of running APP software on some physical indicators of college students,to provide students with a scientific guidance method to guide students' extracurricular physical exercise,but also for future running The development of APP software in schools provides an important reference basis.In this study,152 undergraduates in the first grade of Zhengzhou University were selected as the research object.The running APP software was used to perform a 12-week exercise intervention for students in the form of running sports.The three parts of physical fitness,physical function,and physical fitness were selected for evaluation.The comparison of data before and after the experiment analyzes the changes of the students' physical fitness before and after the experiment,and the study draws the following results:1.In terms of body shape: by using the running APP for exercise,the height,weight and BMI of the college students before and after the 12-week experiment did not change significantly and had no statistical significance,P>0.05.2.In terms of physical function: From the perspective of students' vital capacity indicators,by using the running APP for exercise,students' vital capacity results were significantly improved after the 12-week experiment,with statistical significance,P<0.05.3.In terms of physical fitness: by using the running APP for exercise,the students' 50-meter,800-meter(female),and 1000-meter(male)test scores were improved after 12 weeks of experiment,with statistical significance,P<0.05.Several indexes,such as standing long jump,sit-ups(female),pull-ups(male),and sitting forward flexion,have changed,but the changes are not obvious and have no statistical significance,P>0.05.in conclusion:1.With the help of running APP software for exercise intervention,the average values of the three body shape indicators of student height,weight,and BMI are slightly increased,but the increase does not have a significant difference,which shows that the use of running APP software on college students The development of the form has not played a positive role.2.With the help of running APP software for exercise intervention,students' spirometry performance has been significantly improved.Among them,boys have increased more than girls,indicating that the use of running APP software can effectively improve and improve students' cardiopulmonary function,which has the effect on improving the physical function of college students.Positive promotion.3.Exercise intervention with the help of running APP software will not have a significant impact on the development of students' strength and flexibility,but it has an important role in promoting the development of speed and endurance.It can improve the speed level of students and develop their endurance levels.Improve the physical health of current students. |
