Xi Jinping,The general secretary,pointed out that the focus of school physical education reform should help students enjoy fun,strengthen their physique,improve their personality and temper their will in physical exercise.As a fundamental project to enhance students’ comprehensive literacy and cultivate moral character,sports and health should not only focus on the physical health of teenagers,but also pay attention to students’ psychological health and comprehensive social development.In traditional physical education classrooms,the increasingly rigorous classroom atmosphere and military training style teaching mode had gradually lost the vitality that sports should have,and students had few opportunities to communicate with peers and cultivate classmate friendship.A large number of research results had shown that sports friendships formed during sports could promote enthusiasts’ adherence to this sport,reduce the occurrence of conflicts and accidents during sports,and promote the cultivation of lifelong sports awareness.Therefore,this study introduced the reciprocal teaching method from the Moston spectrum teaching theory into the middle school classroom,and focused on studying the impact of this novel teaching method on the quality level of adolescent sports friendship through teaching experiments.This study consisted of two experimental classes with different intensities and a control class of 139 students.The quality of sports friendship before and after the experiment was tested using a scale measurement method,and SPSS 26.0 was used for statistical analysis of the data.Finally,30 students conducted face-to-face interviews to further deepen the evaluation of the effectiveness of reciprocal teaching.Through 12 weeks’ teaching experiment and comparative analysis,the results of this study are as follows:1.reciprocal teaching has a significant positive impact on the quality of adolescent sports friendship,and with the deepening of the experimental intensity,the teaching effect has been enhanced.2.reciprocal teaching has a positive impact on the quality of sports friendship through subjective dimensions such as "common activities","sports pleasure" and "interpersonal attraction",and provides a platform for students to deal with complex interpersonal relationships and interpersonal conflicts,which is conducive to the cultivation of junior high school students’ healthy personality.3.the comparison and analysis of the test results between groups found that with the increase of weekly exercise times,the sports friendship of students improved accordingly.The statistical results of the subscale showed that boys experienced more sports conflicts and were better at conflict resolution,and their common activities increased after the reciprocal teaching experiment;The worse the sports performance or the lower the sports literacy,the weaker the students’ sense of pleasure in sports.After the reciprocal teaching experiment,the students’ subjective feelings of "sports pleasure" are no longer significantly different due to different sports levels.Even if the game fails,it will no longer affect the students’ sense of pleasure in sports and peer communication.The experimental effect of reciprocal teaching can be seen.4.through long-term contact,communication and interview,students are willing to communicate more with peers and express their ideas in the reciprocal teaching under the guidance of "Moston teaching style spectrum theory".Compared with traditional sports learning,they generally believe that the reciprocal teaching is more novel and makes them enjoy the fun of sports.
