A Project Study On Charity Organizations Serving Migrant Children In Difficulties

In the context of more active population mobility,migrant children live together with their parents in the destination.Due to family and surrounding environment reasons,they face challenges such as difficulty in attending school and marginalization of social integration.Therefore,more and more social organizations are actively participating in the services for migrant children in difficult situations,and charitable organizations play an important role in them.With the development and deepening of services,the effectiveness of charitable organizations in serving disadvantaged migrant children has gradually attracted attention and is worth studying.This article conducts a study on the project plan,operation process,and effectiveness of the "Love Summer Healthy Growth Camp for Taxus" launched by the Tzu Chi Charity Foundation,analyzing its experience and problems in design and implementation,in order to better promote the achievement of project goals.This project can provide multi-dimensional services from body to heart for disadvantaged migrant children,thereby promoting their healthy growth.At the same time,due to the emphasis on the cultivation and role of volunteer teams,the continuous operation of the project has also been more strongly guaranteed.But due to the lack of relevant professionalism among most volunteers,the effectiveness of the project has not yet been fully realized.The project activity plan needs to be further improved and implemented,and the available resources around children need to be further developed.Based on this,this study mainly reviews the literature on domestic social organizations,especially charitable organizations,serving migrant children in need,and proposes improvement suggestions for the further development of the project.By improving the project plan,inviting industry supervisors,constructing a reasonable operating mode,playing the role of parents in education and guidance,linking professional resources,and providing comprehensive support for promoting the healthy growth of disadvantaged migrant children.Finally,in the reflection on the research,it was found that there were some issues with process evaluation and effectiveness evaluation when evaluating project effectiveness in this study.I hope that this study can provide reference for the design of similar projects and link resources in the future,and enhance the effectiveness of charitable organizations in providing services.
