Application Research Of Microcharity Based On WEB2.0 For The Civil Organizations Of China

The development of Micro Charity Organizations (MCO) based on WEB2.0 is becoming faster along with the prevelent of the Internet WEB2.0 technology in China. Many old-style NGOs, including government managed and civil enterprises were limited by their traditional charity mode, and they are going to have more and more difficulties to meet various and special charity needs. But the MCOs, depended on the Internet WEB2.0 technologies, could connect lots of single users on-line, attain their separate social charity values through the users'co-operations. The MCO's charity mode could reach the Ant Colony Optimization (ACO) reality by itself which enabled low costs with high outputs.Firstly, this paper summarized related creativity research, narrated the basic content and core ideology of micro charity mode, and made comparisons between the old and new charity ones. Secondly, it investigated and analysised 18 domestic and 19 oversea MCOs which are in the first class in this field. Thirdly, it analysied the detailed implementation method of the micro charity mold based on WEB2.0. This paper analysised the procedure of positioning under the method of STP from Philip Coltler and"Focusing"method from Rees & Traut, listed and comparied the successful narrations of"5W1H"for organization's positioning work. And it discussed the idea of building the board and professional management team, the main process to establish the Micro Charity WEB platform. And after that, discussed the operational progress of the Micro Charity WEB platform with the ACO method, checked the positive feedback and variety from co-operations between users, identified such ACO could afford the optimized action approaches for the magnitude users, lead to the advantages of high proficiency and low costs. Fourthly, this paper summarized 7 features and shortages for the Micro Charity mode itself, made a preview about the future of Micro Charity mode. Finally, the paper applied the theory into the research of"1kg", a Chinese outstanding MCO as verification.The primary research result of this paper is the application in civil charity field from the compound of WEB2.0 technologies, mareting theories and bio-anology theories. The connection of micro charity method and the distributional and systematic speciality could adapt the unique states of China, so that it is feasible to be operated and could be used to satisfy the needs of civil charity. More than that, such theory also has a larger meaning in social life section.
