Research On Role Imbalance Of Social Work Master Students In Professional Practic

With the rapid development of economy and society,all kinds of social problems have become increasingly prominent.Social work majors play an important role in alleviating social contradictions and promoting the harmonious development of society.At present,the demand for social work professionals is also increasing.With the increasing number of graduate students in social work,it has become a hot topic in universities and society to cultivate high-quality talents in social work.Because social work is a highly practical major,social work practice plays a vital role in the training of social work professionals.In this context,this paper studies the role imbalance of social work master students in professional practice.Based on the perspective of role theory,through interviews with the graduate students of social work in two universities of G and W,it is found that there are generally three kinds of role disorders,such as unclear role,role conflict and role distance,in the professional practice of the graduate students of social work,which seriously affects the quality of professional practice and is not conducive to the cultivation of professional talents of social work.Analysis of the reason lies in the role playing initiative is not enough,acting ability is weak;School internship arrangement is not reasonable,supervision resources are limited;Institutional intern management is not standard,attention is not enough;Inadequate social support and low professional recognition.According to the above research findings,put forward the countermeasures.First of all,social work master students should improve their role cognition,role learning,professional skills and professional confidence.Secondly,the school should develop a reasonable internship system,strengthen school-community cooperation,establish a stable and high-quality social worker internship base,innovate effective supervision methods,and improve the quality of internship.Thirdly,institutions should formulate specific project practice norms and requirements,improve the emphasis on professional practice,improve the internship environment,and stimulate the internship enthusiasm of interns.Finally,the government should strengthen the management of social work institutions,improve their professional level,expand the publicity of social work and enhance professional confidence.
