Minors are the future of our nation,and caring for the healthy growth of minors is crucial.However,with the rapid development of society,the problem of juvenile delinquency has become increasingly serious,which has attracted the attention of the whole society.Based on the actual situation of minors,procuratorial organs are to draft specific assistance and education measures through the joint efforts of families,schools,grassroots work organizations,social workers,volunteers,and so forth,to bring about supervision of juvenile criminal suspects.Social work is mainly to improve the social viability of juvenile offenders from the aspects of cultural education,vocational education and social life education,and prevent re-offending.Among them,vocational education is an important service content of social work for conditional non-prosecution targets.This study focuses on the career planning ability of conditional non-prosecution subjects,and uses interview method,literature analysis method and action research method to understand the career planning ability of conditional non-prosecution targets in JS County,and finds that the career planning ability of conditional non-prosecution targets cannot correctly understand their own professional characteristics,incomplete understanding of the occupational environment and situation,lack of ability to formulate employment goals,and weak career decision-making ability.The need to raise awareness of the occupational environment and situation,clarify employment goals and improve career decision-making ability.Based on the empowerment theory,this study uses the task center model of case social work to provide services to a subject of conditional non-prosecution in the JS County Procuratorate.This service is divided into five stages,the first stage is mainly to help the client strengthen their understanding of their own professional characteristics and think about career direction;The second stage is to effectively understand the occupational environment and situation;The third stage is to clarify career goals and stimulate motivation for action;The fourth stage is to assist the client to establish a sense of planning and make career decisions;The final stage is to enhance the service effect.Through the case service,the client has strengthened their understanding of their own professional characteristics and professional environment,clarified their career goals,made career decisions,and significantly improved their career planning ability.Through this case service,it was found that stimulating the subjective initiative of the client can improve the career planning ability,integrating community activity elements into the case service can help the service goal be better achieved,and improving the service effectiveness by assisting the client to complete the task.There are still some shortcomings in this study,such as the diversity of individual service forms needs to be increased,the direct services provided to the client’s family need to be strengthened,and the establishment of a long-term mechanism for the improvement of the career planning ability of the subject with conditions does not prosecute,which needs further in-depth research.
