"Tool" And Affective:Research On The Affective Labor Process Of Yuesao

Emotional labor is related to Yuesao’s emotional experience at work,and is the key to whether Yuesao can obtain a good work experience.In the interview,the author found that although the confinement confinement profession has a negative aspect as a "tool",confinement confinement caregivers pay more attention to the positive effect of the emotions generated in the service on their work experience.Therefore,this article attempts to analyze the way that Yuesao obtains a positive emotional experience at work by analyzing the emotional labor process of Yuesao,starting from the contradiction between "tools" and emotions.This article draws on the perspective of the emotional system and conducts in-depth interviews with 12 confinement maids to explore the emotional labor of confinement maids at different stages and how confinement maids gain positive emotional experience at different stages of work.According to the collection and analysis of the interview data,the emotional labor process of confinement sister-in-law is divided into emotional labor production before service,emotional labor concrete performance in service,and subjectivity construction after service.The study found that confinement maids acquired the ability to groom and perform in the production of emotional labor before service,and the conflict between the external requirements of the grooming system and the internal pursuit of the performance system was reflected in the occupation of confinement women as "tools" and "tools".Emotional conflict;When Yuesao performed "shallow acting",she only responded to the customer’s requirements by means of elimination,tolerance and withdrawal,without emotional input,and did not gain positive Affective Experience,when confinement confinement performers perform "deep acting",the feelings they put in are not only to meet the expectations of customers and confinement organizations,but also to a certain extent dispel the negativity of confinement as a "tool" and gain a positive affective experience After the service,Yuesao digested the negative emotional experience in the service through emotional adjustment,and through emotional construction and life reflection,she built her own life and professional meaning,and gained a positive emotional experience.According to the research findings,this paper believes that the professionalization and specialization of Yuesao is highly related to the emotional labor problems of Yuesao,and a perfect professionalization and specialization path can help Yuesao obtain a better emotional experience in the process of emotional labor.career and meaning of life.
