Etiquette is a unique Chinese culture,which embodies Chinese values and etiquette cultivation,and is the soul of great Chinese culture Learning etiquette and keeping etiquette are the basic characteristics that every Chinese child must possess,which is also the basis for them to play an important role in Chinese culture It is an indispensable code of conduct in social life.Good etiquette is not only an important embodiment of noble culture,but also an embodiment of profound cultural heritage.It is also one of the important contents of education At this stage,it is necessary to educate students in etiquette Through scientific and systematic etiquette education,children can develop good etiquette and behavior habits,improve their personal quality,social quality and moral quality,and lay a solid foundation for their future Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the etiquette education for children in kindergartens If children want to develop good behavior habits,they must start with dolls,which is of great help to the growth of children and the harmony of the whole society In.Literature,interview,observation and other methods,combined with Taylor’s goal model,are used to make the following findings: Through the collation and analysis of the collected data,the shortcomings of kindergarten etiquette education are found: first,the implementation of kindergarten etiquette education goals is not in place,and teachers are not clear about the goal positioning.Secondly,the content of kindergarten etiquette education is lacking,and it mainly relies on other kindergarten courses or activities.In addition,the kindergarten etiquette education approach is relatively simple,teachers lay emphasis on oral education,some teachers ignore the example and so on;Finally,most kindergartens do not have an evaluation plan for kindergarten etiquette education,and lack four aspects of the process and effect evaluation of kindergarten etiquette education.After a meditation on the reasons for the above deficiencies,it can be found that the main influencing factors are as follows: first,the reasons at the kindergarten level include insufficient support at the top level,neglect of the importance of etiquette education by the kindergarten leadership,lack of institutional guarantee for kindergarten etiquette education,lack of motivation for implementation,failure of teachers to receive learning or training on etiquette education,and the effect of implementing etiquette education is half the result with twice the effort;The traditional role positioning of parents has not been changed,and the lack of etiquette education concept is also one of the main reasons leading to insufficient support for kindergarten etiquette education.Based on the analysis of the deficiencies found in the investigation and their causes,this paper proposes to clarify the objectives of kindergarten etiquette education and enrich the contents of kindergarten etiquette education.It is suggested to increase the etiquette education method in kindergarten and improve the etiquette education evaluation system.
