A Study On Social Work Intervention Of Community Home Care For The Elderly In Distress

China has a large population base and has been a populous country for a long time.With the continuous progress of China’s economic level,medical treatment and living standard,the growth rate of the elderly population is faster than other countries in the world,and the aging degree is also higher than other countries in the world.The growth of the elderly population has caused many social problems.In the elderly group,the trouble the old man as a special part of the elderly,due to physiological function degradation,intelligence and memory loss,poor physical health,lower the influence of living standards,appeared in the process of community home endowment problems more or less,and because of inferiority,depression,anxiety,such as mood,cause psychological disorders,mood disorders,There are insufficient adaptation to role transition,estranged or tense family relations,indifferent neighborhood relations,lack of cultural entertainment,and low social integration.In this context,it is particularly important to explore how to do a good job of the elderly in distress community home care service.Therefore,this research is aimed at A community within the trouble the old man as the research object,using literature method,observation method,interview method for working method,based on the theory of social support,about the troubled pension status quo of A community and A community elderly community home endowment of were studied,the present situation and the existing problems and analyses the trouble the old man community endowment demand that occupy the home,Using the method of individual case social work,we have carried out community home-based care services for the elderly in distress,providing them with daily care,medical security,spiritual comfort and other services.The purpose is to link formal and informal support systems for the elderly in distress,pay attention to their physical and mental health,improve their living standards,help the elderly in distress to improve family and neighborhood relations,improve social relations,encourage the elderly in distress to actively participate in cultural and recreational activities.Social support networks should be established to enrich the life of the elderly in their later years,improve the degree of social integration,improve their quality of life,quality of life and social attention to the elderly in distress,promote the formation of a harmonious social atmosphere in which all people help the elderly,and create an appropriate home-based care model.But at the same time,there are many problems in the process of practice,such as: the participation degree of the elderly in difficulties is not high,the social workers are not enough and professional,the elderly service content does not match the needs,the community is lack of resource support,etc.Therefore,this study puts forward some suggestions on community home care for the elderly in difficulties,including strengthening publicity of community home care and enhancing residents’ awareness of participation.We will strengthen the professionalism of social workers and improve the quality of their services.Innovate service methods to meet the needs of different service objects.We will increase government procurement of services and obtain support from social resources.Through the research and analysis of the author’s internship experience in A community,some suggestions for the elderly in distress were obtained,which expanded the research scope of the elderly group,enriched the research results in the field of community home care,helped the elderly in distress to solve their own problems,and helped the healthy development of community home care services in A community.
