| Purpose: The physical fitness level of Chinese university volleyball athletes is generally low,and there are often many errors,poor physical fitness,and slow movement speed in competitions.Therefore,actively exploring innovative training methods is of great significance for improving the physical fitness and competitive level of volleyball athletes.The theoretical research results and training practice indicate that variable resistance training has certain advantages in strength and quality training.However,there is currently little research on the impact of variable resistance training on volleyball sports in China.Therefore,this article studies the impact of variable resistance training on the core area and upper limb fast muscle strength of university volleyball athletes,in order to provide theoretical reference for the training of university volleyball athletes.Based on the above research objectives,this article adopts literature review and experimental methods for research.After recruitment and screening,30 volleyball team members from Pingdingshan College were ultimately selected as experimental subjects,divided into an experimental group and a control group.The experimental group received variable resistance training,while the control group received routine constant resistance training.Through 12 weeks of training,analyze the impact of variable resistance training on the core area and upper limb fast muscle strength of college volleyball athletes.The experimental process has been strictly controlled.The experimental data was analyzed using SPSS 21.0 to compare the data differences between the experimental group and the control group before and after training.The following results were obtained through research:(1)After the experiment,the two groups showed significant differences(P<0.05)in the left and right index tests of supine front throwing volleyball,kneeling back throwing volleyball,and kneeling side throwing volleyball,indicating a significant difference in core muscle strength between the two groups after the experiment.The experimental group showed significant differences in all indicators before and after the experiment(P<0.05),while the control group showed no significant differences in all indicators before and after the experiment(P>0.05).(2)After the experiment,the two groups showed significant differences in the results of the exhaustion push up test(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the throwing of solid balls and the maximum oblique push index test(P>0.05).The experimental group showed significant differences(P<0.05)in the indicators of exhaustion push ups,back throw solid balls,and maximum diagonal push before and after the experiment,while the control group showed no significant differences(P>0.05)in all indicators before and after the experiment.(3)The experimental group showed significant improvement in core muscle strength and exhaustion push ups,while the control group showed a slight improvement in test performance,and there was no statistically significant difference.This indicates that the training of the experimental group during the experimental period has a significant effect on improving core muscle strength and performing exhaustive push ups.Based on the research results,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)variable resistance training of volleyball players core muscle fully activate exercise,compared with the traditional constant resistance training mode,experimental group under the condition of the variable resistance training mode,training action to complete each link,the core muscle strength more full exercise,so that the volleyball players after the experiment showed more excellent core strength.This shows that compared with the traditional constant resistance training,the variable resistance training method plays a more active role in promoting the improvement of the core muscle strength of volleyball players.(2)The experimental group adopted a variable resistance training mode,while the control group adopted a traditional constant resistance training mode,which played a certain role in the training of upper limb fast muscle strength.However,compared to the traditional constant resistance training mode,the variable resistance training mode had a more significant training effect in the training of volleyball athletes’ upper limb fast muscle strength.Variable resistance training is more conducive to promoting the improvement of volleyball athletes’ upper limb fast muscle strength compared to traditional constant resistance training.(3)Variable resistance training,as an innovative training method,has certain training advantages compared to traditional constant resistance training.It plays a positive promoting role in improving the core area and upper limb fast muscle strength of college volleyball athletes.It can be combined with constant resistance training,starting from the actual situation of athletes and training,and designed and applied in a targeted manner. |
