| In the fourth part of the implementation recommendations of the "Music Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education",it is emphasized that students’extracurricular art activities are an important part of music curriculum resources,and music teachers have the responsibility to assist schools in organizing students’after-school art clubs,guiding students to carry forward the national spirit,enhance collective awareness,and improve moral literacy.On July 24,2021,the General Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the General Office of the State Council jointly issued the Opinions on Further Reducing the Burden of Homework and Off-campus Training for Students in the Compulsory Education Stage(referred to as the "double reduction" policy),which called for reducing the burden on students and parents,and also pointed out that art education in primary and secondary schools should be strengthened,and students should be encouraged to use their spare time to improve their artistic accomplishment.In the context of the "double reduction"policy,and at the same time,in order to solve the "three-and-a-half" problem,all kinds of clubs in various schools are developing vigorously and diversified.This paper will take the primary school music club under the "double reduction"policy as the starting point to conduct relevant research,take four primary schools in Changshu City,Suzhou City,Jiangsu Province as an example,and participate in the club activities of these schools through surveys,interviews and other investigation methods to obtain an overview of club activities.According to the survey situation,find out the problems existing in primary school music clubs under the "double reduction" policy,find out the causes of the problems,and put forward corresponding solutions to the problems found in the survey,as well as the future development of primary school music club activities.This paper can be divided into introduction,three chapters and conclusion:The introduction is composed of five aspects:the reason for the topic selection,literature review,research purpose and significance,research questions and research methods,which pave the way for the subsequent investigation and research.The first chapter expounds the concept of "double reduction" policy and music association activities,and sorts out the changes of school music association activities before and after the implementation of "double reduction" policy.The second chapter elaborates the investigation of the four schools from three aspects:the introduction of the four schools,the results of the questionnaire survey and the content of the interview,to find out the common problems of the four schools and analyze the causes.The third chapter puts forward the ideas and countermeasures to solve the problems according to the problems found,hoping to promote the development of the primary school music association activities in Changshu.The conclusion summarizes the content of the full text and reviews the heart course of completing this thesis. |
