| With the rapid advancement of urbanization in China, many rural land has been requisitioned, and new types of rural to non agricultural communities have emerged at the urban-rural border, transforming the original rural population into urban population. As children migrate from rural areas to rural communities, their learning environment, learning conditions, and living conditions have undergone profound changes.Compared with urban children in the new environment, children from rural to non rural areas have shown significant differences. In the context of the "double reduction" policy, how to help these children improve their learning abilities, narrow their differences, and enable them to grow up healthily is an urgent need for children and their families in the rural to non agricultural community. This study focuses on children facing learning difficulties in G community in Chongqing, using group work methods for intervention interventions.Through semi-structured interviews, questionnaire surveys, and observation methods,a survey was conducted on the learning ability status of children in communities where they have switched from agriculture to non agriculture. The reasons for children’s learning difficulties were analyzed from three levels: children themselves, families, and communities. In the process of group work intervention, the study carried out eight group activities under the guidance of constructivist learning theory and Ecological systems theory. The preliminary questionnaire survey found that the main reasons for the insufficient learning ability of children in G community are: lack of strong self-learning awareness, lack of strong learning interest, lack of good learning habits, and lack of correct and scientific learning methods. To this end,the author will intervene from four aspects: autonomous learning awareness, learning interest, learning habits, and learning methods.Through specific intervention activities,we will help children improve their learning abilities, enhance their confidence in learning, strengthen their autonomous learning awareness, stimulate learning interest, cultivate good learning habits, and master correct and effective learning methods.By comparing pre post test data, group members and parents evaluate the process and effectiveness of the activity.Research suggests that group work intervention in improving the learning ability of children in the G community who have transitioned from agriculture to non agriculture is a relatively effective model. One is to strengthen children’s awareness of autonomous learning, which can improve learning efficiency and effective learning. The second is to build a learning platform for community children and cultivate good learning habits. The third is to deepen communication and interaction among group members through group activities, help children master correct learning methods, and stimulate their interest in learning. The author will summarize and reflect on the problems encountered during the intervention activities,in order to further improve children’s learning abilities. |
