With the deepening of emerging technologies such as the Internet of Things, big data, cloud computing and blockchain at all levels of the economy and society, the digital economy has gradually become an important engine for global economic growth. While the development of digital economy has brought infinite power to our economy,it is particularly necessary to explore scientific and effective statistical measurement methods of digital economy, promote the coordinated development of digital economy among provinces and regions, and maximize the release of new drivers of digital economy.Based on this, this paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system for the development level of digital economy by combing relevant literature, adopts TOPSIS method of entropy to measure the development level of digital economy in 30 provinces(municipalities)during 2016-2021,and analyzes the spatial correlation and aggregation of digital economy.Further explore the impact of digital economy development and spatial spillover effect through spatial econometric model.First of all, from three perspectives, the origin and definition of the digital economy, measurement of the digital economy, and influencing factors of the development of the digital economy.Based on relevant theories such as statistical measurement and digital economy measurement, this paper constructs an indicator system of the development level of our digital economy from three dimensions:digital economy infrastructure system, digital economy core industry system, and digital economy social application system. Then TOPSIS method is adopted to measure and analyze the overall situation and dimensions of digital economy. In order to explore the influencing factors of the development of digital economy, the first inverse distance space weight matrix is built and Moran’s I is used to measure the spatial autocorrelation of digital economy.Panel space measurement models are constructed, including spatial lag model(SLM),spatial error model(SEM)and spatial Durbin model(SDM).Through LM test,LR test,Wald test and Hausman test,SDM space-time dual fixed effect is finally determined as the optimal model.According to SDM’s spatio-temporal fixed effect regression results, the influencing factors and spatial spillover effects of digital economy development are analyzed. The results of this paper show that:(1)During the study period, the development of our digital economy showed an increasing trend year by year. The development level of the eastern region was the highest, followed by the Southwest, the northeast and the northwest;(2)During the study period, the development of digital economy has strong spatial correlation and clustering, and the absolute difference and relative difference between regions have been shrinking;(3)There are positive spatial spillover effects of digital economy in each region during the study period, and the spatial effects are analyzed to obtain the influence of explanatory variables on the development of digital economy in the region, neighboring regions and the whole country. |
