| With the reform of new textbooks in senior high schools,the quality of Chinese teachers has been paid attention to again,and the improvement of teachers’ quality needs to be integrated with the innovation and change of new textbooks.This paper studies the promotion of the compulsory Chinese textbooks for senior high school to the improvement of Chinese teachers’ literacy.In order to better use the new textbooks and cultivate students’ Chinese literacy in an all-round way,teachers have to change themselves and improve their literacy.This paper introduces the background,research significance,research methods and the explanation of related terms of the research questions under the background of the new curriculum reform in senior high schools.The main content of the article is mainly discussed from the following aspects: the compilation principles,compilation ideas,compilation characteristics,the overall introduction of the first and second volumes of the compulsory Chinese textbooks in senior high schools,the problems and requirements brought to teachers by the new textbooks,and the concrete performance of promoting the quality improvement of Chinese teachers.For Chinese teachers in senior high schools,the new textbooks compiled by the Ministry are both opportunities and challenges.If teachers can adapt to the changes of new textbooks,constantly adjust their mentality according to their learning situation and their own conditions,thoroughly understand the textbooks and comprehensively improve their own literacy,their professional ability will also be greatly improved.If we treat the reform of new textbooks with a confrontational attitude,it will be more difficult in the process of teaching practice.When facing the new textbooks,teachers should try their best to eliminate their inner anxiety,grasp the characteristics of the new textbooks and promote the use of the new textbooks with a positive and normal attitude. |
