A Study On The Review Evaluation And Improvement Path Of School Football Special Schools For Youth In Inner Mongolia

In order to grasp the current situation and basic trends of campus football development,this paper adopts the methods of literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics,on-the-spot investigation and expert interview,taking the review,evaluation and promotion path of Inner Mongolia characteristic school as the research object,taking the characteristic school student,the student parent,the football teacher,the manager as the investigation object,this paper analyzes the organization and leadership,Condition Guarantee,education and teaching,training and competition,reserve talents training of the characteristic football school according to the review evaluation index system.The main findings are as follows:1.The basic conditions of the development of Inner Mongolia campus football characteristic schools are as follows:the leading mechanism of the campus football organization is perfect,the operating mechanism is perfect,the development condition of the campus football is fully guaranteed,under the "Double reduction",the extracurricular activities of football are promoted in an orderly way,and the improvement of the teaching staff,the treatment of PE teachers,the facilities of the field,the investment of funds,the insurance and the social cooperation is obvious,active promotion of liberal education and football activities in an orderly manner,a strong football culture atmosphere on campus,a certain level of after-school football training,football to promote the health of students,the overall slowly rising;The access to further education was basically unimpeded and the transfer of football talents was effective.2.The experience gained from the development of Inner Mongolia campus football characteristic school,mainly in the popularization,elite training,cultural learning,access to unimpeded,conditions to ensure that the incentive mechanism and cultural atmosphere of the seven aspects of the development of the intended experience.3.The main problems in the development of school football in Inner Mongolia are as follows:the development of schools in different regions is unbalanced,and Hohhot,Baotou,Ordos and Wuhai are generally better than other Allied cities,there is a big difference in results;the mechanism of sustainable development is insufficient,and the top-level design needs to be improved;the guarantee is insufficient,and the scale of popularization can not be expanded;the competition system is not perfect,4.and the competition level needs to be improved urgently;The contradiction between learning and training is still outstanding,the support of Students’ parents is limited,the cultural construction is short of ideas,and the atmosphere construction needs to be strengthened.5.Inner Mongolia’s campus football development high-quality development countermeasures and paths:Innovation Development Evaluation System,guide schools to establish a scientific concept of development;We will strengthen the construction of incentive mechanisms,mobilize multi-party participation and support,change methods,tamp down basic security conditions,and expand the scale of popularization.We will set up a "Multi-level and multi-dimensional" competition system,and improve the level of training and competition.
