Since the21st century, china has been implementing a new basic education curriculum reform again, for short "new curriculum reform". Evaluation goal in this curriculum reform is to create evaluation and examination system corresponding to the philosophy of quality education. In the new curriculum reform,"the high school biology curriculum standards (experimental)" biological experimental teaching not only better promotes students’all-round development of the target system, but also gives relevant advices to test whether the target system evaluation reach the proposal goals.To achieve and perfect the purpose of evaluation in all aspects, the author studies the evaluation system of the curriculum standards. Mainly using the methods of literature review, questionnaires and scene surveys and other methods to collect information, based on the analysis of biological experiment teaching evaluation recommendations in the new curriculum reform, combined of high school biology experiment teaching situation, to proceed a theoretical exploration, and to analyze thoroughly evaluation theory for biology experimental teaching process, the paper establishes the theory and practice teaching contact bridge. By biology experimental teaching evaluation to achieve change the way of students learn, students can always maintain a positive attitude towards learning, can also be encouraged to bravely face the difficulties and setbacks, be enhanced students’self-efficacy; at the same time, it can allow teachers to test their experimental teaching effect, analysis and reflection on teaching behavior, improving teaching strategies, the ability to enhance the teaching practice. Through this study, the teachers and students attach importance to the teaching of biology experiments focusing on overall development of students, the ability to learn the lifelong development. Experimental teaching evaluation system can be applied to the entire biology teaching process, thereby improving the quality of the overall teaching of biology.From the two perspectives of the students and teachers of biology experimental teaching evaluation survey, the paper draws the conclusion after analyzing the results of the student and teacher feedback, that biology experimental teaching evaluation did not get the attention deserved in terms of ideology, let alone achieve the desired effect in practice, or rather a variety of difficulties in the course of implementation. Considering of its countermeasures that should be established after diversified evaluation system basis on an experimental and give evaluation after the experiment show, in the meantime bring the computer into the biology experimental teaching evaluation system, hope can find a solution to these specific and realistic alternative to biology experimental teaching evaluation is difficult to implement the measures.For the intention of teaching evaluation, just as stark beam said:not to prove, but to improve.
