With the deepening of the new curriculum reform concept and teaching reform,more and more scholars realize the importance of emotional education and constantly explore the role of emotional education in teaching.Junior high school is a person’s world view,outlook on life,values are not yet perfect stage,this period of students are ignorant and very curious about everything around.Morality and Rule of Law,as the key course to cultivate morality and cultivate people,plays a vital role for middle school students.It can not only enrich students’ emotions,but also cultivate students’ core qualities.Therefore,the infiltration study of emotional education in this course becomes particularly important.The combination of emotion education and Morality and Rule of Law teaching can achieve the effect of promoting learning with emotion,integration of knowledge and integration of knowledge and practice.Therefore,the cognitive range of students can be fully developed,and the cultivation of emotional ability will be continuously enhanced,so that the original boring classroom becomes full of vitality,so as to meet the training requirements of the new curriculum reform.Based on emotional education,this paper discusses the meaning,characteristics and significance of emotional education by literature research.This paper takes Marx’s theory of all-round human development,Rogers’ humanistic psychology theory and Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory as the main theoretical basis.In the form of questionnaire survey and teacher interview,this paper analyzes the problems and reasons of the infiltration of emotional education in the teaching of Morality and Rule of Law in junior high school.Finally,through the way of practice and field investigation,the author puts forward the optimal countermeasures of infiltrating emotion education into the teaching of Morality and Rule of Law in junior high school.This paper discusses the methods of optimizing emotional education,the penetration of emotional education in textbooks,the expansion and extension of emotional education teaching activities,the improvement of moral and legal teachers’ comprehensive emotional quality and the analysis of students’ emotional state with students as the main body.
