| In recent years,The rapid development of economy has put forward higher requirements for the cultivation of talents.Engineering thinking is a kind of thinking to solve all kinds of practical problems by integrating and applying various interdisciplinary knowledge to solve problems in a planned way.Maker education starts from students’ own interests,focuses on a specific task,learns through projects,and cultivates students’ interdisciplinary thinking in the process of completing tasks.Training students’ engineering thinking through maker courses not only provides new ideas for the formation of engineering thinking,but also helps to improve some problems existing in maker training.This study mainly includes the following parts:Firstly,through literature research,this paper reviews the current situation of the literature on maker education and training of engineering thinking at home and abroad.The three theories of engineering design theory,constructionism theory and pragmatism theory are taken as the theoretical basis of the research.It provides theoretical support for the teaching design and practice of the maker course in primary schools to promote the cultivation of engineering thinking.Secondly,the teaching design principle of primary school maker course based on the training of engineering thinking is put forward according to the characteristics of engineering thinking and maker course.On this basis,the design of primary school manufacturer curriculum is carried out.The objectives of the primary manufacturer curriculum based on the formation of engineering thinking are determined according to the requirements of the curriculum standards.Analyze learners,determine the initial ability level and learning characteristics;Choose the appropriate teaching tools,according to the process of reasonable design of curriculum teaching strategy and teaching evaluation program.Finally,select cases to carry out the teaching practice of the maker course in primary school based on the training of engineering thinking.The teaching content is organized in the way of projects,and three rounds of action research are carried out by using the action research method with the theme of "Traffic light","swing" and "smart gate".Before and after the practice and during the practice process,data such as student questionnaire,student engineering evaluation self-check form and student interview records were collected.According to the data analysis,the effect of the primary school maker course based on the training of engineering thinking on the training of primary school students’ engineering thinking was verified,and corresponding improvement suggestions were put forward.This study shows that it is feasible to carry out the cultivation of engineering thinking at the elementary school stage,which not only finds a clearer goal for the teaching of creative courses,but also improves the teaching effect of creative courses. |
