Curriculum standard is the basis of textbook compilation,teaching,evaluation and examination proposition,and the basis of national management and evaluation of curriculum.As the practitioner of curriculum standards and the person directly responsible for curriculum implementation,teachers’ own curriculum implementation level is directly related to the final effect of curriculum implementation,which is the key factor and basic guarantee for the efficient implementation of curriculum standards and the smooth implementation of curriculum reform.With the promulgation of "Mathematics Curriculum Standard for Compulsory Education(2022 Edition)",primary school mathematics teachers are facing brand-new challenges,and the implementation requirements of mathematics curriculum standard.Primary school mathematics teachers have new ideas,new thinking and new horizons,give full play to their subjective initiative,constantly improve the level of curriculum execution,carefully study curriculum standards,boldly develop curriculum resources,carefully design teaching plans,bravely try new teaching methods,build new learning fields for students,and become guides,collaborators and organizers of students’ mathematics learning.This study is based on "Compulsory Education Mathematics Curriculum Standards(2022 Edition)",based on Goodrider’s curriculum hierarchy theory and curriculum creation theory,and interprets the content of primary school mathematics teachers’ curriculum execution from four aspects:curriculum understanding ability,curriculum resource development ability,teaching design ability and teaching implementation ability.In this study,questionnaire survey,interview and classroom observation were used to investigate the current situation of curriculum execution of 136 primary school math teachers in Y city,Ningxia.It revealed that the overall curriculum execution of primary school math teachers was above average,but there were still some shortcomings:in terms of curriculum understanding ability,the understanding of mathematics curriculum standards was out of touch with actual teaching,the understanding of mathematics textbooks was out of touch with students’ development,the understanding of the connotation of mathematics core literacy was not deep enough,and the understanding of mathematics synthesis and practice content was not comprehensive enough.In the development of curriculum resources,primary school mathematics teachers have a weak awareness of the secondary development of teaching materials and insufficient development of classroom generative resources;In the aspect of teaching design,the interdisciplinary knowledge integration ability of primary school mathematics teachers needs to be improved,the curriculum goal design is separated from the core literacy,and the classroom summary link design lacks artistry;In the aspect of teaching implementation ability,the teaching practice wisdom of primary school mathematics teachers needs to be improved,the mathematics questions are not enlightening,the use of mathematics teaching tools is difficult,and the teaching evaluation content is not comprehensive enough.This study mainly analyzes the influencing factors of primary school mathematics teachers’curriculum execution from three aspects:education department,school and teachers:at the education department level,teachers’ curriculum rights protection is blocked,teaching and research training activities are not effective,experts’ leading role is difficult to play,and teachers’ non-teaching tasks are heavy;At the school level,the school curriculum management system lags behind,the school teaching evaluation system tends to be "exam-oriented" obviously,and the principal’s curriculum leadership is insufficient;At the teacher level,there are deviations in teachers’ curriculum ideas,teachers’ theoretical literacy needs to be improved,and it is difficult for teachers to change their teaching habits.In order to improve the curriculum execution ability of primary school mathematics teachers,so that they can creatively implement the mathematics curriculum standards according to the actual situation of the school and students’ learning situation,firstly,the education department must give teachers full curriculum rights,carry out effective curriculum standard interpetation training activities,give full play to the leading role of teaching and research experts,and effectively reduce the workload of teachers;Secondly,schools must build a perfect curriculum management system,establish a scientific teaching evaluation system,and enhance the curriculum leadership of principals;Finally,teachers must promote the change of teachers’ ideas by self-guidance,the renewal of teachers’ knowledge by professional learning and the improvement of teachers’ ability by practical reflection.
