| Research purposes:FIFA 11+ is a comprehensive warm-up exercise designed for the characteristics of football.In this study,a 10-week FIFA 11+ warm-up exercise was added to college football training and compared with traditional preparation activities,and a feedback training system was used to evaluate the motor function of the lower limbs.Before and after comparative analysis of knee joint proprioception and peripheral muscle strength related to knee joint stability in two warm-up exercises,to explore the effect of FIFA 11+warm-up exercises on the knee joint stability of college male college football players,and to study different groups The differences between the knee joint stability of other college football players after the intervention of FIFA 11+ warm-up exercises also provide theoretical and practical references for the promotion and application of FIFA 11+warm-up exercises in domestic college campus football.Research methods:This study mainly adopts the method of literature materials,expert interviews,experiments and mathematical statistics,and uses the literature materials method to check the literature materials related to this study;uses the expert interview method to determine the experimental intervention process and knee joint stability test indicators;Using the experimental method,40 football players from the men’s campus group and the super group of Shanxi University were selected as the research objects,and 20 subjects in each group were subjected to a randomized controlled trial,with 10 in the intervention group and 10 in the control group.The group underwent a 10-week FIFA 11+ warm-up exercise,and the control group underwent traditional preparatory activities;using the mathematical statistics method to use Excel and SPSS27.0 statistical software to analyze the knee joint sports injuries of the subjects in the intervention group and the control group before and after the 10-week test Statistics and analysis of the test results of the condition,knee joint proprioception,knee joint centripetal eccentric speed and maximum centripetal force.Research result:(1)After 10 weeks of FIFA 11+ warm-up exercises,the injury rates of the left knee of the athletes in the campus group and the super group were 30% and 10% lower than those in the control group,respectively.The joint centripetal eccentric velocity and the knee joint eccentric maximum force were significantly improved(p<0.05),and the ratio of the knee joint eccentric maximum force to the centripetal maximum force did not fluctuate significantly(p>0.05).(2)After 10 weeks of FIFA 11+ warm-up exercises,in terms of knee joint injury,the knee joint injury rate of the control group in the campus group was 20% higher than that in the super group;in terms of the centripetal eccentric speed of the knee joint,the right knee of the campus group was and left knee concentric velocity and right knee and double knee eccentric velocity were improved(p<0.05),while these indicators were not significantly different in the super group(p>0.05).Analysis conclusion:(1)10 weeks of FIFA 11+ warm-up exercises can improve the knee joint stability of male football players in colleges and universities,especially the improvement of the knee joint stability of the non-dominant side.The proprioceptive function of the knee joint,the centrifugal speed of the knee joint and the maximum centrifugal force of the knee joint can be improved,and the ratio of the maximum centrifugal force of the knee joint to the maximum centrifugal force of the knee joint can be maintained stable.(2)After 10 weeks of FIFA 11+ warm-up exercises,the campus group has a more significant improvement in knee stability than the super group among college male football players,specifically in reducing the knee joint injury rate and improving the knee joint centripetal eccentric speed.The effect is more pronounced. |
