The unified version of Chinese language textbooks for elementary schools has been widely used throughout the country,and it is the most influential set of textbooks to date.The image of laborers is an important part of the elementary school Chinese language textbooks,and it has rich educational value.Teachers can use the image of laborers to carry out labor education,and influence students’ labor concepts,labor awareness,and labor qualities,especially during the primary school stage where students are still developing physically and mentally.Therefore,the focus of this thesis is to analyze the distribution of laborer images in the unified version of elementary school Chinese language textbooks,explore the educational value of these images,and explore effective teaching methods based on the current situation of laborer image teaching.This study consists of an introduction and six chapters.The introduction explains the research background,significance,methods,and the domestic and foreign research status on this issue,and defines the core concepts mentioned in the text.Chapter One establishes the theoretical foundation for exploring labor education and teaching.Chapter Two conducts statistical analysis of laborer images in the unified version of elementary school Chinese language textbooks,including their distribution,social characteristics,and image traits.The results show that the number of laborer images in the textbooks gradually increases at the three stages of primary school education,and the types and traits of laborer images become more diverse.Chapter Three analyzes the educational value of laborer images in the textbooks from four aspects:moral,intellectual,physical,and artistic.Chapter Four investigates the teaching situation of laborer images among teachers and the learning situation among students.By analyzing the survey results,the problems and causes behind them are explored,and effective teaching methods for laborer images are proposed.Chapter Five proposes teaching strategies for laborer images based on the problems and causes analyzed in the previous chapter,from the perspectives of both teachers and students.Chapter Six uses the text "Rush Leaf Shoes" in the fourth grade of the unified version of elementary school Chinese language textbooks as an example to design a laborer image teaching plan,which demonstrates how to conduct laborer image teaching in actual teaching.In short,this study aims to help students establish a correct outlook on labor and promote their healthy growth through the analysis of the image of workers in the unified version of primary school Chinese textbooks.At the same time,combined with the actual teaching situation of teachers and students,more effective teaching strategies for the image of workers are explored,so as to promote labor education teaching.
