| As one of the important components of the People’s Education A version of high school mathematics textbook,Chapter Head and Chapter Introduction are located at the beginning of each chapter,explaining the main content,ideological methods,status,role,and learning path of this chapter.They play an important role for both teachers and students However,from the current situation,due to the influence of various factors such as the education system,teachers,and students,the chapter head chart and chapter introduction have not been well used in teaching practice,and there is relatively little theoretical research on this content.This indicates that the research on chapter head chart and chapter introduction has certain practical significance,which can not only arouse the attention of educational researchers to the content of chapter head chart and chapter introduction,It can also provide theoretical guidance for teachers to teach chapter diagrams and chapter introductions,as well as for students to learn chapter diagrams and chapter introductions.This study is based on the theories of antecedent organizers and constructivism.Through the use of literature research,text analysis,survey research,and classroom observation methods,a detailed text analysis was conducted on all chapter headings and chapter introductions in the People’s Education A version of high school mathematics textbooks,and it was found that they play an important role for both teachers and students.Afterwards,in order to further understand the current situation of the chapter head chart and chapter introduction,the author conducted a survey and interview in the school to investigate the attitudes,understanding,usage,and personal expectations of teachers and students towards the chapter head chart and chapter introduction.Based on the survey results,the author further analyzed the main problems and reasons that teachers and students had in the process,and proposed corresponding usage suggestions for teachers and students respectively.Finally,in order to help teachers better carry out the teaching of chapter diagrams and chapter introductions,teaching cases were provided to integrate the content of chapter diagrams and chapter introductions into the four types of courses:chapter beginning class,new teaching,exercise class,and chapter end review class,as well as the teaching design inspiration obtained during the process.In addition,classroom teaching practice was also conducted for one of the teaching designs,Based on classroom performance and feedback from teachers and students,we aim to further understand the teaching effectiveness of this class,in order to provide more reference and practical teaching cases for frontline teachers. |
