Abstract/Summary:
With the development of The Times and the progress of society,people’s way of working,life,including interpersonal communication are undergoing earth-shaking changes.At present,Chinese college students can not adapt to the rapid development of the change.Especially during the COVID-19 pandemic,under the influence of closed-loop management policies,college students’ mental health status,anti-setback ability and social adaptability urgently need to be adjusted and improved.In fact,across the country,many college students have varying degrees of mental health problems,with a certain degree of universality.If there is no good solution,the mental health of these special students will be depressed for a long time,affecting their pursuit of a better life and its realization.Fitness Qigong Baduanjin,as a special way of fitness,is an excellent traditional national sports skill created by the working people in ancient China after a long time of practice.It has the characteristics of simple and effective.Long-term practice of fitness Qigong Baduanjin can enhance physical fitness,regulate the heart and lung,promote physical and mental health and other effects.Therefore,in order to seek ways to improve the mental health level of students in Minzu University of China,improve their quality of life.In this study,40 college students with depression tendency in Minzu University of China were selected as experimental objects and divided into experimental group and control group,with 20 students in each group.In the research process,the experimental team mainly used Baduanjin for fitness Qigong as the experimental means to carry out a 12-week experimental intervention,focusing on the use of experimental methods,literature,interview and questionnaire methods for research.The subjects were required to fill in the SDS Depression Self-rating Scale prepared by William W.K.ung and the SCL-90 Symptom Self-Rating scale prepared by L.R.erogatis before and after the experiment respectively.Then the experimental team will use Excel and SPSS software for data processing and analysis of various data indicators to demonstrate the impact of fitness Qigong Baduanjin exercise on the mental health level of students with depressive tendencies.The results show that:The test results of the SL-90 Symptom Self-rating Scale showed that after 12 weeks of body-building Qigong Baduanjin,their scores in somatization,hostility,fear,paranoia and other dimensions were significantly lower than before the experiment(P<0.05).The scores of obsessive-compulsive disorder,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,psychosis and total mean score were significantly lower than before the experiment(P<0.01).The results of SDS Depression Self-rating Scale showed that the average depression total score after 12 weeks of fitness Qigong eight Duanjin was significantly lower than that before the experiment(P<0.01).Conclusion:The exercise of Baduanjin fitness Qigong not only effectively improves the overall mental health level of the students with depression tendency in Minzu University of China,but also provides a good exercise platform for the students participating in this experiment.Fitness Qigong Baduanjin has a positive effect on the sub-health mental state of college students.It can effectively improve the inhibition ability of college students to negative emotions and improve the state of depression.The scientific and reasonable teaching plan effectively improves the understanding and proficiency of the subjects to the eight-dan fitness Qigong Jingong method,so that the training achieves the effect of twice the result with half the effort.Suggestion:In the future,the research on fitness Qigong Baduanjin should not only focus on the change of physical quality,but also strengthen the research on fitness Qigong Baduanjin,and dig its cultural connotation deeply.The fitness Qigong Baduanjin is integrated into the health care class of colleges and universities,so as to make fitness Qigong Baduanjin as one of the teaching contents of college students’ physical education course,and carry out targeted exercise intervention for some special students with mental health problems.We will expand the scale of training sports technical talents and coaches,and improve the guidance and service level of coaches in the physical and mental health development of teenagers.
