With the innovation of science and technology,all walks of life have rapidly entered the stage of automated development.As a result,people ' s lifestyles have changed and their living habits have been greatly affected.Some diseases that accompany the trend have thus emerged.Nowadays,college students living in such a large environment are faced with too much social pressure,which causes them to work and study for a long time,and their daily activities are reduced.This has led to a long-term sedentary lifestyle and has become a typical sedentary crowd.While sedentary is a predisposing factor for many chronic diseases,the physical quality of contemporary college students is declining,and the physiological diseases caused by sedentary diseases are also increasing.Based on the "Healthy China 2030 Outline" outlined in the "Strengthening Health Education",it is pointed out that "Health Qigong has evolved from a long history of qigong,inherited and innovated.It has health,health,rickets and other effects,and is a representative of the outstanding national sports culture.one".The purpose of this article is to study the effect of Health Qigong on the physical and mental health of a sedentary college student,so as to improve the physical and mental health of college students.In this paper,the effects of Health Qigong·Yijinjing on the physical and mental health of sedentary college students were studied.Randomly selected 30 sedentary college students as subjects through a questionnaire survey in the2016 Taiping University of Public Physical Education Health Qigong elective class,including male students 15 people,15 girls.Through exercises of Health Qigong·Yijin techniques,they are normally taught once a week and practiced twice under the class.After two months of experimentation,they compare the effects of practicing Qigong and Yijinjing on the physical and mental health of asedentary college student.It is proved that Health Qigong·Yijing can reduce the harm of sedentary students.This article uses literature research method,questionnaire survey method,experiment method,interview method and mathematical statistics method to correlate the body shape,physical function,physical quality and mental health of the sedentary college students before and after the Health Qigong·Yijing experiment Test the indicators and compare the test results.Studies have shown that:(1)Sedentary phenomenon is more common among college students,with an average of 5-6 hours of sitting time per day;(2)activities based on sedentary situations,classes,self-study,cell phone,and games(3)The parts of the body that cause discomfort due to sedentary are dominated by lower back and neck,and most students think that sedentary is harmful to the health;(4)There is no intervention due to academic pressure,lack of professional guidance,etc.;And control sedentary behavior,some students choose to "stretch a stretch," "knead" feeling the pain,"small-scale activities" to ease the discomfort caused by sedentary.(5)Health Qigong · Yijinjing has a positive effect on the physical quality,body shape and physical function of the sedentary college students;(6)Sedentary college students insist on practicing Health Qigong · Yijin Jing has a slight but not obvious increase in body shape.And the BMI index gradually converged to the normal value;most of the students ' physical functions also improved,but not significant;in physical fitness,Health Qigong·Yijinjing did not have a great impact on grip strength and push-ups,standing long jump and seated body.Forward flexion,prone back depth,spiral shoulders,closed eyes,single foot,quadrant jump have different degrees of improvement.It can be seen that Health Qigong·Yijing has positive effects on the quality of lower limbs,the flexibility of the trunk,the flexibility of the upper limbs,the balance quality,and the agility of the physical quality of the sedentary college students.
