The "New Era Basic Education Strong Teacher Plan" constructs a new policy discourse around"high-quality teachers" and "high-quality education",embedding "strong teachers" in the context of"education power","education modernization" and "high-quality development of education",and inheriting it in the same vein as "strong countries" and "strong education".Propose to comprehensively deepen the reform of teacher team construction in the new era,strengthen the construction of high-level teacher education system,cultivate and cultivate a high-quality professional and innovative primary and secondary school teacher team,focus on building a high-quality and balanced basic public education service system,and promote high-quality development of education.The school shoulders the heavy responsibility of cultivating new talents of the times.Primary school Chinese language teachers should deepen the educational concept of "cultivating virtue and cultivating talents" into their hearts,achieve noble teacher ethics,profound emotions,solid knowledge,and broad horizons,infect and win students with noble personalities,inspire students with the power of truth,win students with profound theoretical knowledge,consciously set an example of learning as a teacher,and become professional workers with affinity.The affinity of Chinese language teachers has a direct impact and internal guidance on the socialization,personalization,and teaching effectiveness of students,and is also an important manifestation of the humanistic spirit of teaching.As a primary school Chinese language teacher,unleashing the implicit educational power of teacher affinity and promoting the healthy growth of students is an inevitable requirement and value goal of the new era’s strong teacher program.This study is based on the theories of affinity education,implicit communication,and teacher professional development.It conducts in-depth research on the affinity of primary school Chinese language teachers from six aspects:teaching attitude,caring behavior,teaching skills,discourse expression,appearance,and classroom teaching intelligence.The study clarified the current situation and problems of the affinity of primary school Chinese language teachers in Y city.Overall,the current situation of affinity among primary school Chinese language teachers is as follows:in terms of educational and teaching attitudes,most teachers can treat students fairly,most teachers have a good attitude towards accepting students’ questions and opinions,and older teachers generally have a high affinity;In terms of caring for students’ behavior,teachers generally get along well with students,and they pay more attention to their learning status.Most teachers can pay attention to students at different levels when asking questions in class,and teachers with longer teaching experience have more prominent caring behavior towards students;In terms of teaching skills,most teachers have higher subject knowledge literacy,and teachers with higher professional titles have stronger teaching skills;In terms of discourse expression:Most teachers have rich emotional expression in their discourse,while older teachers have more vivid discourse expression;In terms of teacher’s appearance and demeanor,most teachers have a dignified and confident demeanor,while female teachers have a more dignified appearance and demeanor.The existing problems include:some teachers’ teaching attitude lacks affinity,teachers’ one-sided care for students,teachers’ teaching guidance is insufficient,teachers’ language lacks richness,teachers lack vivid and rich language,and teachers lack practical wisdom in teaching.Based on the above,this study mainly explores the reasons from four aspects:teachers themselves,schools,students,families,and society:firstly,at the teacher level,the work pressure of teachers is generally high the professional sentiment of teachers is insufficient there is a lack of effective communication between teachers and students,and teachers’ teaching investment is limited;Secondly,at the school level,non teaching affairs in schools interfere with teachers’ teaching investment,there is a serious tendency towards a single dimension of teacher assessment in schools,the school’s incentive mechanism is not perfect,and the school lacks humanistic care for teachers;Thirdly,at the student level,students have low learning enthusiasm and have a loose attitude towards teachers;Fourthly,family and social factors:insufficient understanding and support from family members of teachers,as well as low social recognition of the teaching profession.Based on the above issues and their causes,this study proposes the following optimization strategies:teachers should attach importance to their own cultivation,establish a positive interactive relationship between teachers and students,teachers should strive to strengthen educational and teaching skills,teachers should pay attention to the establishment of appearance and demeanor in teaching,schools should create a relaxed and relaxed atmosphere,families and society should work together to support and enhance the affinity of primary school Chinese language teachers,better mobilize students’ enthusiasm,and promote teachers’ professional development,To achieve high-quality development of teachers.
