| It is imperative to carry out the strategy of rural revitalization for rural education.In order to solve the rural small-scale school curriculum is not open,open the current situation,the phenomenon of teachers teaching emerged.W city,as one of the demonstration cities(districts and counties)in n province,has sent a total of 206 teachers to rural small-scale schools since April.At the compulsory education stage,the implementation of music education is the foundation for the implementation of liberal education education and the comprehensive development of multi-disciplinary talents in terms of morality,intelligence,physique and aesthetics.W city in the implementation of the teaching situation,the specific situation in the end,but also need further investigation and research.Therefore,this research bases on the fact that the music teachers in W City go to school,investigates the situation of the music teachers in the rural primary schools in W City,and analyzes the problems and reasons,put forward the solution strategy and suggestion of rural primary school music teacher’s going to teach.In this study,78 primary school music teachers in rural areas of W City were investigated by using the method of objective sampling,questionnaire and interview,a comprehensive understanding of the teaching situation of music teachers in rural primary schools in W city has important reference value for the development of music teachers in rural primary schools in W City.This study is mainly composed of the following parts:first,through literature research method analysis and summary of the connotation of teachers teaching,historical background,which lay a foundation for the development of post-survey.Second,design the questionnaire,interview outline,carry out field investigation,understand the difficulties of teaching w rural primary school music teachers.According to the situation of W City and the above problems,the reasons of these problems are:the backwardness and incompleteness of the construction of small-scale schools in rural areas;The unreasonable work arrangement,the lack of training and the lack of rural education feelings of the former teachers.In view of the above problems and reasons,combined with the current development of rural primary school teachers in W city,this paper puts forward the strategies to solve the difficulties of rural primary school music teachers in teaching from three levels:the government,the school and the teachers themselves,and in the solution strategy for specific problems put forward detailed solutions,in order to promote the rural primary school music teachers to teach better development and effective application. |
