Research On Utilization Of Scientific Research Archives In Universities From The Perspective Of Knowledge Service

With the promotion of national innovation-driven development strategy and the continuous improvement of archives laws and regulations,people pay more attention to the source of information resources,and the demand for the use of research archives is increasing.Universities are important positions to carry out scientific research,and scientific research archives are one of the symbols to measure the level running a university.Scientific research archives is a component of knowledge application in universities.Scientific research archives are important data assets.Scientific research archives are also valuable national resources.The efficient use of scientific research archives can boost the scientific research output of universities and accelerate the innovation and development of China’s scientific undertakings.This paper takes the university scientific research archives as the research object,and optimizes the utilization and service ability of university scientific research archives as the research goal.Through the literature research method,this paper understands the utilization status of scientific research archives at home and abroad and the key academic research fields.Through the field research method,this paper investigates the construction of university archives in some first-class universities,and understands the actual situation of university scientific research archives resources construction,technology application,service utilization and so on.Through the network research method,this paper investigates the websites,WeChat public accounts and microblogs of 42 first-class universities to construct university archives,understands the construction,service and utilization of ’two micro and one station’,and obtains detailed data and application cases of scientific research archives utilization.Based on the statistical analysis of the survey data,this paper holds that research archives of universities have not been fully developed and utilized,and there is a certain separation of resources and services.From the perspective of knowledge service,starting from the five elements of scientific research archives management,resources,technology,manpower and space,this paper summarizes the utilization characteristics of scientific research archives in colleges and universities,such as optimizing basic services,paying attention to ideological and political education and technical support.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the utilization of scientific research archives in universities,such as weak overall management ability,lack of resource supply ability,insufficient technical support ability,single human resource supply and lack of space supply.This paper proposes to strengthen the top-level design to enhance the management service ability,improve the resource supply to enhance the collection support ability,increase the technical application to enhance the technical support ability,optimize the human structure to enhance the service ability,strengthen the building reconstruction to enhance the space experience ability,and give specific promotion strategies in five aspects.
