The integration of culture and tourism is a new goal and a new mission for my country to practice socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.Travel space vector and place.In order to give full play to the cultural value of college archives and support colleges and universities to carry out high-quality research services,it has become a new research topic to explore how to develop college archives culture to meet the cultural needs of the public in the new era.Taking the construction of archives culture in colleges and universities as the research object,it adopts the method of online survey to investigate the research resources,research products,research market influence and archives participation in cultural services of 20 domestic universities that carry out research activities.The development of the service is to understand the current situation of the realization of the cultural function of archives in the research service of colleges and universities and the problems existing in the process.Based on the sorting out of the survey results,the fishbone diagram analysis method is used to analyze the participation of archives culture in colleges and universities in the development of research services.Layering and other problems,the lack of industrialization and digital exploration and development of archives cultural products based on public needs,insufficient publicity and lack of influence in the dissemination of archives culture,and the backwardness of the archives management system in colleges and universities.In order to solve the problem,from the perspective of the development of archives culture in the new era,the current direction of high-quality development of archives culture construction in colleges and universities has been determined,and a service model has been constructed.In terms of configuration,improving the supply and adaptation of archives culture in colleges and universities,promoting the integration and dissemination of archives culture in colleges and universities,and constructing a governance system of archives in colleges and universities,some countermeasures to improve the efficiency of archives culture in colleges and universities are put forward.
