Research On The Exploitation And Utilization Of University Celebrity Archives From The Perspective Of Ideological And Political Education

University celebrity archives record the life experience of many famous people in university history,it has a variety of precious values,is a valuable material and spiritual wealth of colleges and universities.The national conference on ideological and political work in colleges and universities proposed to build the general ideological and political education,requiring colleges and universities to take moral education as the center and integrating ideological and political work into the whole process of education and teaching.It is an inevitable choice for colleges and universities to promote the development of ideological and political education by innovating the way of ideological and political education and deepening the mining of its elements.Combining university celebrity archives with ideological and political education and give full play to the function of ideological and political education of university celebrity archives can not only promote the exploitation and utilization of university celebrity archives to make new progress,but also open up a new way for university students’ideological and political education.Through network research,telephone interview,questionnaire survey and other research methods,this paper understands the overall situation of the exploitation and utilization of university celebrity archives and its combination with ideological and political education.Through the statistics and analysis of the survey data,combined with the ideological and political education value of celebrity archives in colleges and universities,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the exploitation and utilization of celebrity archives in colleges and universities from the perspective of ideological and political education,and puts forward the feasibility strategy of optimizing the exploitation and utilization of university celebrity archives from four aspects:objective,achievement,value and evaluation.This paper is mainly divided into five parts.The first part is an overview of the background and significance of the topic selection,the status quo of domestic and foreign scholars’ research on celebrity archives,the research content and methods of the paper,the innovation points and shortcomings of the paper.The second part firstly defines the meaning and characteristics of ideological and political education and celebrity archives in colleges and universities,and then analyzes the education spirit,scientific research spirit,revolutionary spirit and patriotic spirit education value of celebrity archives in colleges and universities.Finally,it analyzes the internal relationship between ideological and political education and the exploitation and utilization of celebrity archives in colleges and universities in terms of consistency in goal,commonality in content and synergy in method.The third part summarizes the current situation of the exploitation and utilization of celebrity archives in colleges and universities on the basis of investigation activities and analysis of investigation data,and then further proposes the problems and causes of the exploitation and utilization of celebrity archives in colleges and universities from the perspective of ideological and political education.It includes four aspects:insufficient understanding of the ideological and political education objectives of the exploitation and utilization of celebrity archives in colleges and universities,insufficient play of the ideological and political education value of celebrity archives in colleges and universities,the traditional way of using celebrity archives in colleges and universities to carry out ideological and political education,and the lack of effective feedback on the ideological and political education effects of the exploitation and utilization of celebrity archives in colleges and universities.The fourth part puts forward the corresponding solutions to the above problems.Including by strengthening the top-level design,enhancing the awareness of active service,encouraging participation of teachers and students to strengthening the goal of ideological and political education.By strengthening guidance planning,scientific planning and creating a series of activities to give full play to the ideological and political education value of university celebrity archives.By breaking the traditional thinking,collaborative development,pay attention to publicity to innovate the way of carrying out the ideological and political education activities of university celebrity archives.By establishing the evaluation index system,strengthening the collection of evaluation content and data statistics to improve the ideological and political education effect feedback of the exploitation and utilization of university celebrity archives.The fifth part summarizes and looks forward to the ideological and political education by using the celebrity archives in colleges and universities.
