| With the gradual deepening of social aging in China,actively addressing the health problems of the elderly in communities has become a difficult and key point of social work.As one of the basic methods of social work,group work is widely used in community and family services.However,the feasibility,potential difficulties,and application effects of group work on health interventions for the elderly in urban communities are not very clear.This article takes the elderly in Z community as the research object,analyzes the specific path of group work intervention in community elderly health issues,and aims to further explore the application value of group work in community elderly health intervention based on research on the feasibility and potential difficulties of community elderly health intervention.The first part is the introduction of this study.Based on the research background and relevant literature,the purpose and significance of this study were clarified,and the research methods and content were further determined.The second part analyzes the current health situation and existing problems of the elderly in the community.The SRHMSV1.0 scale was used to investigate the physical,psychological,and social health related indicators of the elderly through field surveys and interviews,in order to comprehensively understand the health status of the elderly in the community and clarify the relevant health needs of the elderly in the community.The third part is about the practice of group work intervention in elderly health.Conduct group work intervention according to the steps of theoretical basis,scheme design,team member recruitment,scheme implementation,etc.During the research process,group work activities were carried out according to a previously established plan.Through a three-month group activity,the elderly are helped to interact and support each other,gradually promoting the overall health level of the elderly.The fourth part is the effectiveness evaluation of group work intervention,which is divided into group work process and group work result evaluation.Team work process assessment includes social worker self assessment,team member process assessment,and supervisory assessment;Results evaluation mainly includes pre and post test comparative analysis and satisfaction analysis of the scale.The fifth part is countermeasures and suggestions.Based on the above content,this paper proposes relevant countermeasures for group work intervention in elderly health interventions: first,stimulate elderly self health awareness,and balance the relationship between "passive" and "active";The second is to establish an efficient and pragmatic mental health service system for the elderly;Third,build a complete and stable social support network for the elderly.The sixth part is research summary and reflection.Summarize the important role of group work methods in intervening the health level of elderly people in communities,and reflect on the shortcomings of group work from three aspects. |
