Investigation And Research On Traditional Sports In Provincial Traditional Sports Schools In Xiangxi Prefecture

Traditional sports projects undertake the important task of cultivating and transporting excellent sports reserve talents,at the same time,it plays an important role of demonstration and guidance in strengthening school physical education and enhancing teenagers’ physical health.Xiangxi Prefecture as an economically underdeveloped and ethnic minority region,at present,there are only seven provincial traditional sports schools(provincial traditional schools),there are few traditional projects,and there is a big gap with provincial capital cities and other cities.Research on the development,problems and Countermeasures of traditional sports in Provincial Traditional Sports Schools,it can narrow the gap between the development of traditional projects in Xiangxi Prefecture and cities in the province,train more excellent competitive sports reserve talents for Xiangxi Prefecture.This study adopts the methods of literature,interview,questionnaire,field investigation and mathematical statistics,through the interview with the Vice Principals in charge of traditional events,the investigation of coaches and athletes in traditional events and on-the-spot investigation,on the basis of understanding the basic situation of the traditional projects of provincial traditional schools in Xiangxi Prefecture,to investigate and understand the current situation of traditional projects of provincial traditional schools in Xiangxi Prefecture from the aspects of organization and management construction,education and teaching,after-school activities,after-school training,competition activities and condition guarantee,it also summarizes the effectiveness and existing problems of traditional projects,and puts forward targeted suggestions.The research can provide reference for the reform of traditional projects of provincial traditional schools in Xiangxi Prefecture;promote the healthy development of traditional calcium projects.Through the research,the following conclusions are obtained:1.At present,there are only seven provincial traditional schools in Xiangxi Prefecture,ranked lower in the province,only eight traditional projects have been carried out,mainly track and field,some state key and advantageous projects have not been well carried out.2.Xiangxi Provincial Traditional School have established the Traditional project work leading group with the vice president in charge of sports as the team leader,all departments shall participate in and jointly promote,establish a relatively perfect system of rules and regulations,incorporate the development of traditional projects into the school sports development plan and annual work plan,but the implementation is not in place.3.Only track and field has been included in the classroom teaching of traditional projects in Xiangxi provincial traditional schools,basically,it can guarantee one track and field class every week,the teaching content basically revolves around running and jump shot,the teaching methods are mainly traditional teaching methods such as explanation method,demonstration method,game teaching method and competition teaching method,the teaching evaluation is not comprehensive.4.Track and field events are the main traditional events during the recess of provincial traditional universities in Xiangxi Prefecture,basically,it focuses on running exercises,other traditional projects were not carried out during the big break,extracurricular activities and traditional projects have been carried out,teachers provide guidance and services,the construction of traditional project clubs and student associations is not ideal.5.Xiangxi provincial traditional schools have a high degree of specialization of traditional coaches,each school has a school representative team for traditional projects,but the construction of grade team and class team is not optimistic;the main source of athletes in traditional events is the selection of coaches,a few athletes have less training times per week,each training time is short,the main motivation for training is to go to school,more than a third of parents do not support their children to participate in after-school training.6.Most of the athletes of traditional events in Xiangxi provincial traditional schools lack the opportunity to participate in national and provincial traditional events every year;Every school will hold a regular school sports meeting every year,in grade competitions and in class competitions have also been carried out to a certain extent,however,there are few inter grade competitions.7.The site facilities of the traditional projects of Xiangxi provincial traditional schools basically meet the allocation standards set by the state,the site facilities for traditional projects are guaranteed,but the source of funds is relatively single,insufficient financial guarantee,the training allowance of coaches and athletes in traditional events in some schools is not guaranteed.8.The problems existing in the development of traditional projects of provincial traditional schools in Xiangxi Prefecture are as follows: The connection between traditional projects and state key and advantageous projects is not good enough,the implementation of traditional project rules and regulations and planning is not in place,the construction of traditional project clubs and student associations lags behind,the training time of athletes in traditional events is not enough,and the single source of funds and insufficient guarantee.In order to better promote the development of the traditional project of provincial traditional schools in Xiangxi Prefecture,put forward the following suggestions: First,connect with the "famous project" project in Xiangxi Prefecture and optimize the layout of traditional projects;Second,improve the implementation and supervision mechanism of traditional project system and planning;Third,strengthen the construction of traditional project clubs and student associations;Fourth,ensure the number and time of after-school training of traditional projects;Fifth,further expand the channels of fund investment and increase fund investment.
